I love this store unfortunately the dressing room wasn't open. So if you don't you don't know your size, good luck. Customer service was very helpful for what we needed. The prices were decent. I will definitely be going back

Good styles, inexpensive, but they bias for selection over color or sizes. They may have a shirt, may be in your size - but they wont have it in a dozen colors. If you have a bit of time is is worth going through.

Manager unprofessional with the greeting of we close in 10 minutes instead of hello. We let her know we were aware and knew they closed in 23 minutes. Every customer after was met with same greeting. We all could see hours posted and they could always make an announcement 10 minutes prior to shutting doors. We were also going to leave and doors were already locked ten minutes prior to close time so we couldn’t even get out until we let ourselves out.

This is such a nice store. My kid just got back to school clothes that she loves

I love this store. They had a huge, amazng sale after Christmas in 2023 and I literally got sweaters, a vest, hats, shirts for pennies. i bought a goregous, warm sparkling pink sweater which I wear constantly for less than $20 and a bright green vest that fits me so well for $13.99..I mean you cannot beat the prices. The store is laid out so nice, beautiful clothes and very nice sales people who are not pushy. I love coming here and always enjoy looking at all the pretty things. I highly recommend this store. A real treat to shop here.

They have nice clothes but not enough small sizes on men's pants

Actually th best H&M I've been to. The ones back home are very hit and miss when it comes to clothes and just options. This H&M in Highland was amazing. Honestly so good I came back twice on my vacation. Aside from clothes selections, the store was well organized, clean, and I really enjoyed the 2 floors. The staff was VERY helpful especially when trying to find proper footwear for hiking. They had me and my friend try a few locations. But they really did go above and beyond with their service. 10/10

We went here and donated our old clothes and got two 15% off coupons for our donation. The selection of clothes is pretty good but only worth it if you can find the good deals. When not on sale, the clothes are overpriced, but when they are, it's a steal. The selection is pretty good and the sales are great. Come here if you have time to hunt for the good deals.

Was school shopping yesterday 8/21 and I’m very unhappy with the worker who decided to give a very disgusting attitude in front of my kids over a policy they have that the worker couldn’t even explain what it meant. All because I wanted to see how my kids clothes looked in the fitting room. Instead she rudely threatens to get her manager like I was causing some trouble. Very unprofessional and if the manager lets his employees get away with treating costumers like this, maybe they should find someone else who actually cares about their costumers. My kids are still asking me why the worker was so mean. Never coming here again or recommending this store to any friends or family.. if I can speak with someone higher then a manager pls let me know how I can reach you.
