I am not sure what the hiring picks are. They seem to act like they are way ahead of the customer I drop 200 a month. I return my ordered items that dont work, you would think i was asking for a unicorn. Some employees happy face still no help offered. Then my favorite the rbu they all seem to have.Rude manager! Really disappointed

This is a nice h&m store in a outdoor mall. It's a little smaller than other h&Ms I've been to, but they do carry a decent selection.

I don't like the fact that I had to share a fitting room with the guys, I felt very uncomfortable. The men kept walking back and forth too, so I couldn't come out and they have no doors!! It's curtains!!! Even worse. I wouldn't advice to try and do a fitting here. Overall it's a nice place

It was okay. They seem to have limited sizes available in their basics collection. Perhaps I caught them on the wrong day. I wasn’t able to find anyone to help me. When I checked out the associate seemed bothered. I will say that she taught me how to find coupons on my rewards portal. I’ll still continue to shop at this location but it would have been nice to have more help. Oh well..

Went in, the cashier girl was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me over my mask. Even after explaining to her very politely that my dr advised me to wear a breathable mesh material mask, she continued to harass me and told me not to shop in their store anymore if I wore that mask. I also have to mention that I had my two young daughters with me who are 6 and 9 and they were completely mortified of how she treated me. I cannot believe there are people out there this cruel. I will not be shopping here ever again.

They have a great selection of a lot of cloths that fit me, as well as great free wifi! However there are really pushing LGTBQ+ agenda and have a lot of pride products.

They have normally excellent floor staff who are helpful. One lady was a terrible person, but every single other worker there are amazing souls. The pricing for clothing there is phenomenal--especially for their kids' clothes. My dear is super skinny and the inside buttons cause injuries on his hips, so they have drawstring pants and jeans that are softer and longer in the leg for him. They have a great style selection for all ages, gender and purpose.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t choose 0 stars. The manager there today was a complete ahole to me when I asked her if they can find a reasonable accommodation for my disability she flat out refused at first and then offered 2 options that made absolutely no sense whatsoever including me staying in one spot while my 6 and 4 year old girls go shop for themselves alone 😳. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she made every excuse to prevent me from doing so. I will not spend my money in this store ever again.
