Old Navy

Helpful and friendly sales associates! I was there for an online order pickup, but noticed something in the window. Was immediately greeted and I asked her where I could find it and she took me all the way across the store to show me. Then my order pickup was fast and I was out the door!

What's not to like of Old Navy? they have great prices on kids jeans $25 and adult $29. they offer various selection of sizes. Most of the sales associates are upbeat and friendly, but all are very helpful. not pushy on trying to make a sale.

Great place to get baby clothes and adult clothes for fair prices.

Cienna, the new manager, helped my family out so much! My daughter is on the spectrum, and after we bought (and got home) shoes she told me we're good, she refused to wear them. So, we returned to try to find a different size or shoe to no avail. She took the shoes back and credited us so we were able to get school clothes instead. Thoroughly appreciated the customer service!

I was looking for a blue old navy hoodie with the logo on the front for my friends birthday and I could not for the life of me find one anywhere! I called the store in Colorado to see if they might have it and wouldn’t you know, they did! :D Felt bad for calling when they weren’t open yet and totally forgot that I live in A2 Michigan, totally in a different time zone, but Derek who I spoke with, who I’m thinking is one of the managers at the store, was extremely helpful and very patient with me over the phone despite me mistakenly calling a bit too early. He was able to do a charge send for me without any issues whatsoever and I literally couldn’t be anymore pleased! Really chill guy! This man needs a raise! Thank You Derek!!!

Seemed to be hard to find help the day I visited. The store is like every other old navy. Pretty decent.

Used to really like this place. Now, 'newer team' cashier totally ridiculous!! HORRIBLE communication. Unfriendly!! Disgusted by today's experience!!! And, the temp of the store was unreasonably cold as if the cold staff wasn't enough. Just many ways they seem anxious to get rid of you! Blah!!

The cashier made a mistake when ringing me up. It was an honest mistake. She called her manager to help correct the error and he was incredibly rude! He wasn’t apologetic. He acted annoyed. He even said to me “so what do you want to do about it?” He wasn’t even familiar with his own store coupons or rewards. The cashier ultimately fixed the problem without the help of her rude manager. If I spoke to anyone to anyone like that at my job, I would be written up. If it matters at all (because I didn’t catch his name) this occurred on 4/27 (Tuesday) around 3 PM. I hope there is a survey option on my receipt so I can fill it out.

Store was clean and organized. Lots of employees around to help if needed but they were not pushy.

Great clothes especially compared to some of the other "mall brands", they usually have good sales too. What I like best about this place is the exquisite customer service. Everyone there was very polite and courteous. We are always asked if we need help with anything and they are always very nice. I definitely recommend and will be returning.
