PINK by Victoria's Secret

I was super excited to go to the underwear sale and my neice had been waiting to go to the mall since her birthday. I get I'm 7 months pregnant and look pretty fat. But I also have 2 teenagers, so I probably shouldn't assume. There is a pile of unfolded underwear on the top, and it was cute, so I pulled it up to look at it. The lady comes over hurriedly and is like its only mediums on top. I said ok... now feeling awkward. I've been shopping here for as long as I can remember, and I'm well into my 30s. Everyone knows what's on top shows you what's in the drawers. Plus, I was looking for ones online I'd seen that had stuff on the back, so then I'm like ok don't pick them up and definitely don't unfold them. I start grabbing underwear.from my respective bottom drawer as a fat pregnant woman, every drawer I open the lady is next to me or behind me. Basically breathing down my neck. Felt super awkward and id would switch sides to have space and maybe not get yelled at for picking up a size that wasnt mine or the ones i wanted. she'd switch sides. I eventually was so annoyed and uncomfortable I just handed her my bag of what I did find and left. She made the experience probably one of the most awkward uncomfortable ones ive ever had in the store. I couldn't even chill and pick my underwear while my husband took the kids to go the bathroom. I also generally buy bras and sweats and wanted the Halloween shorts. Generally drop a few $100 every time.

The greeter at the door was very good at her job would have bought something, even though I didn't need to just because that's how good of a sales person she is. For some reason I still get pink and Victoria secret mixed up and did not feel like getting fitted for pink, maybe it's just me but I feel like the sizing and little details are a bit different. Pink does have good padded sports bras though, I still wear mine even though the size is slightly small. Thank you for your kindness, made my day even though I barely went in. :)

It was my first time going here but they made me so comfortable. I was nervous but they calmed me but made it do I wasn't nervous. They were amazing and helped me amazingly! I recommend this to every women.

I have never shopped from here before but all the staff was super helpful. Finding the right bra was made super simple with the workers and they had some awesome deals and rewards that came with my purchase. It is a bit pricey but the quality seems great. Highly recommend and definitely will go back.

after work heades to the mall for some mother day gifts and left my wallet in the car , KRIS kept my sprays and was very patient such good service

I was shopping around in this store for at least 20 minutes and couldn't find my size of bra. I finally found someone to ask and they don't carry my size at this store location. okay no biggie I order the bras I needed online with expectation I would get a wide band with pink written around it, they are by far the only comfortable bras carried by VS and VS pink. They take a HALF AN HOUR to ring me out after an 20 minute wait for the person in front of me. I got said bras today. only to find they ARE NOT IN THE STYLE I ORDERED NOR THE CORRECT SIZE! This is by far the worse shopping experience I have ever had. I will NEVER be coming back to this location.

Very rude, snobby and fake employees as well as managment. They dont ask to assist u but instead they get annoyed if u ask for assistant. Lacking courtesy, professionalism and customer service. Save ur money and time, go to another location.

Great store! Good customer service, I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at this location. Friendly staff who makes shopping fun at this store. If in the area this is the best VS Pink! Avoid Boulder though that one is not so nice.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. I LOVE MY LOVELAND GIRLS!!!! They sent me over to Flatirons because they had the swimming suite I wanted. I had one pleasant experience with Katie in the fitting rooms. She was help full and attentive to me needs. As soon as I went to the check out, it was a complete disaster.... I don't think I have ever been treated like such an imbecile. I had a pair of pants I purchased online that I wanted in-store credit for. The girl practically accused me of stealing the pants because, "Online orders don't come with scan tags on them".... I don't think I have ever been so embarrassed in my whole life. Of course I misplaced my receipt so I had to pull the order up online because my credit card had no proof of the purchase.... Needless to say I CANNOT WAIT to shut off my vs card and never shop here again.
