"Great selection of clothing and friendly staff."
"Very high end fashion for an unbeatable price!"
"Store staff will not help customers find an item."
Great sales. My mom can agree the deals are hard to resist as well as the styles
Pretty nice and has lots of sizes. They didnt have much for maternity last year but I saw this year they stepped up their game and they have amazing fashionable maternity clothes.
Great shopping experience, well proced products. Only concern was no staffs to help you out
The prices are great. The staff/team is nothing special. 1 cashier girl was really efficient & nice. There's no assistance from staff o Clientele, aka guests have been consistently rude & have made me reluctant to go there. I've stopped a few times for family gifts. I think if the team was more welcoming, that might help. I got such great deals, & for the loyalty program, which l just signed up for yesterday because l had not been informed of it before, I'll go back. (I had to ask if there was anything like that.) Just sad people suck. I feel H&M could 'up there game'. Guess it depends what you want or are willing to put up with.
My purchases set off alarms in two other stores. It seems to be a known thing in the other stores.
It's an OK store, not very much variety.
I am not so impressed with merchandises here and you won't find anyone to help you when you needed
Loved it! Brendon (probably spelled wrong) helped me get my new suit. He was extremely helpful the entire time and definitely made me want to come back!
Absolutely astounding service by James, his customer service was perhaps some of the best of any experience I have had in my entire life. I’d say on par with Chick-fil-A customer service. Speedy work at the register getting us rung up and checked out within mere seconds. Perfect execution in his performance, would visit H&M, Broomfield, CO again.
Wow H&M, what kind of miserable-wage workers are you hiring? The young lady at check out basically walked away when it was my turn, without saying anything. She simply looked in my direction and walked away. Apparently, it was her lunch break, as I heard her upset complaining to another worker. Sorry! Not. My. Problem. Someone better trained (and perhaps better paid!) would have, at the very least, said something like “just a moment, please”. After finally having to check out my items before her lunch break, she rang the stuff, shoved it all in a bag and pushed towards me. Not a word, no eye contact. Garbage. Watch out for the disgruntled low-wage people who work here.
