Friendly and welcoming staff. They are always willing to help find what you are looking for. Prices can't be beat and great selection of clothes and other merchandise like perfumes and colognes. Happy repeat customer for me and my kids.

Very nice staff.A bit expensive cause I bought 2 shirts for 44$ but they both look very good. Nice place. Decent clothes. Update: I spent about 70$ on a hoodie, cologne and a t-shirt. The staff was friendly and we joked a bit. I still think their a bit expensive and don't carry a lot for plus size people.

I shopped at rue21 in a different state. Was excited to see one at the local shopping center. Finally was able to go in and check them out. The variety of colors and styles is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable on what matches and what doesn't. As well as what's new in store. They are very helpful, just have to ask. I didn't feel embarrassed or shamed when I went in and I have a mom body. They have plenty of fashionable things in all sizes. I was kind of hesitant to go in due to my shape and size, but my experience today changed that. I will definitely be going back!!! Thank you everyone at rue21!!!

1st time in this store for some last minute Christmas gifts. Great selections, friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

Went and stood at the counter only to find out the EMPLOYEE standing at the cash register was not "allowed" to use the computer to ring up our order because she was new. She said she was waiting for the other employee but not once did she try to call for help or go find someone as we stood there and waited. After not a single person tried to fix the situation we went ahead and left our clothes and took off. Not to mention the store was full of customers. That was absolutely ridiculous.

Staff is super polite everytime we go in my daughter loves shopping here. All staff were wearing a mask and they greet you and ask if you need any assistance right away. I never feel in a rush they do so well in all areas.

Clothes are really packed in the store. The fashion is hit or miss. Definitely targeted towards teenagers or preteens.

Good clothes good sales amd discounts..... I always save at least an extra 25$ in my pocket cause of their discounts and buy one get one free?? Plus their mens cologne is Ooooohhhhh smells so good..... I always buy my boys cologne from there...
