Burlington owners!! Hire more people and PAY THEM GOOD!! Your store is completely ridiculous! 2 cashiers and so far about 20 ppl in li e! Only reason I am here, it was on my way! So far 25 min waiting in line...there are 3 more in front of me , now it's down to 1 cashier as cs who is with another one, will take am hour to check all she bought!! Ridiculous!! And to add, waited from 2.25 pm till 3.10pm At the end, lady who was somewhat good, she closed and new one opened, but looks like newer employee...as he was still asking her questions... Never ever again will I go there! HIRE PEOPLE PAY THEM MONEY

So many registers but no employees, tho the employees they have stop working and walking around to leave long lines. If I did not need a last minute outfit I would not bother with this company! Not ever again! Do not come here! Very sad

There are always a lot of people in line and the cashiers are slow to serve. I spent 55 minutes in line. Served only three cashiers. I'm tired of waiting in line. For such a number of people in the line, more cashiers are needed, but they are no hurry to work.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The store says it’s open untill 10:30 website and phone operater state it. Multiple customers were at the door wondering why they close a whole hour and a half before their listed closing time. I called the store got someone to pick up but no one answered. Amazon take your lockers from here!!

I was in line for almost 2 hours. There are not enough people to work at the cashiers. Huge queues. I came back after months and it's still the same. Huge queue and only 2 people charging. if it were possible to give 0 stars.

This lady in pic needs a godam raise! Literally 20 ppl in line n she is only cashier! She apologized for it being only her- thats unnecessary ma'am your boss needs to b handled accordingly for putting only you as only cashier!! She or he should of gotten on register to assist with checkout... waited in line for over 15min to get checked out. Saw a couple of workers on floor but no assistance was there. *Need more variety of clothing for tall n big or big n tall clothing. Have so much clothing womens up to 6x including dresses to shirts but mens is lower amount of quantity n less quality...

Although I did find my husband items since he's big and tall, the overall store is gross, there are plenty of items here but looks horribly dirty! I seen about 5 used Starbucks cups with drinks still inside aka trash in different locations (shelves) at 10am! it doesn't seem like staff cleaned the night before, I understand there's a shortage of staff wich by the way we're very nice, but overall it can be overwhelming to be in this store when your shopping and everything looks a mess.
The customer service at this store is horrible! The only NICE ONE was the loss prevention guy. I watched this woman check someone out in line, look at me waiting in line, then after she was done with this lady, she went and started to stock items on the shelves and left me standing there. Then when she came back she was rude as hell. I'm pretty positive she was racist, because I'm white. She was sure nice to the colored lady before me, but rude as all get out to me. Never going back there, her name is supposedly Kim, n she has an aline cut, and she is in her late 40s to early 50s, and she works in the checkout line. Other than that no one asked if I needed help or anything0 customer service skills there
We ALL were in the line to check out there were 4 (four) cashiers on 1 ( one ) register and the store manager. A lady was returning some ideas to get a store credit. One lady said, "Can we get check out the lady said, "Wait ??" The whole store needs to be closed and cleaned and ALL new staff. BURLIINGTON Shame on you. The owner needs to go and see for yourself (if you care), shame on you......
