Old Navy

Very, very helpful people there. The one I really appreciated was Laney. I'm just fitting into a new size. I can only wear cotton. She took my husband right over to what I wanted. They were in men's. I never would have looked there. Thank you Laney.

After shopping for quite a while with my daughter, she had picked out the clothes she wanted to possibly purchase, but she wanted to try them on. The store closed at 9:00, and it was 8:30. I asked one of the men working there if he could unlock a fitting room for me, and he said no, he had just locked them for the night. Terrible service. I would understand if it was ten or fifteen minutes before closing. He didn't even seem to care.

I love old navy, but shopping at this location is so uncomfortable. The lady with short blonde hair and glasses was like down my throat asking me every few minutes if I was doing okay. I was just browsing through the store because I finally got some much needed mom time to myself, but I couldn’t even enjoy it because she was watching my every move as if I was doing something wrong. The lady at the register was giving me an attitude because I asked her to price match to the website. Mind you the lady with the blonde hair told me about it.

Poor quality fast fashion with an unreasonable return policy. Ordered maternity clothes online because this store doesn't carry any, items took over a week to be delivered initially and I had to go out of state for a week. I missed the return window by one day and I'm just out of luck now.

Mostly what you would expect from an Old Navy store. Seemed a little smaller than some. Men's clothing selection was a little limited but not bad. Some decent values to be had.

Great clothes and friendly staff. I love that they pull in more people to the registers to help you get checked out quickly!

I love old Navy the store is well organized everything I see is neat and tidy on the shelves on hangers the kids section is so adorable neat and tidy also I like the Old Navy Cash to use when I want to buy more nice clothes

Be careful shopping here. Prices advertised on signage are not what they ring up as. If you bring this to their attention, as I did, they will be extremely rude. I've worked and shopped at Gap stores all of my life. I've never been so disrespected by an employee. I won't shop at the store again.

Service was fantastic. I bought a T-shirt, it was way too big. I didn't try it on there. I took it back and exchanged it with no questions. But I still had the tags on it and the receipt and it was within 30 days. I don't know what their policies are. And then I bought another T-shirt. Places very clean organized and inviting to walk into!! The young man was kind and had a great sense of humor. He said he has three jobs and works very hard I was very impressed. I wish I could remember his name. Free handsome with dark hair. And the young lady next to him was also very humorous. I enjoyed the environment.

It was my first time in Old Navy, and I scored. I got the perfect in color green sheen tee. I enjoyed shopping, and the ease,and friendlyness of checkout earned the 5 stars. What brought me into the store? An ad off my Facebook for this one tee. I am an older fluffy woman and was I surprised that Old Navy carries normal clothes in my size. I was looking for casual but not frilly and Old Navy can provide that choice. I will be back.
