Loaf 'N Jug

I purchased a car wash on 1/15. When i went to use the wash I was told it was out of order but the repair company should have it working “shortly”. I went back multiple times over the next three weeks and each time it was out of order. I finally went inside and asked for a refund but was told there were no refunds on car washes. After a lengthy discussion the attendant referred me to the phone number at the bottom of my receipt, which I called. The number went to voice mail. I left a message, no call back. Certainly don’t recommend a company that charges for a service they can’t provide and then refuse a refund!

We bought a car wash here which did a really poor job. Went inside and the clerk gave us our money back and called for someone to come out to service the car wash.

I was discriminated and denied service because of my mexican passport this happened 8/22 between 4:30-5:30 . Im a construction worker to the many projects around the area and i presented my mexican passport to buy a case of beers and the male clerck accepted it and starting examining it. He than tried to go through my stamped pages, which i had advised if he did so i would be very upset (as he has no right to go through my passport stamps as he is not a government official) he than returned my passport and told me specifically that he did not accept Mexican passports. I than tried to present my Colorado i.d using My Colorado app he than denied it because "it was store policy". I found this odd as i have used both of these i.d methods with previous clercks. So i left the store and headed to the loaf and jug located on 470 and jordan and had explained the situation. They gladly accepted my passport and My Colorado App i.d with no hesitation. I would gladly love to speak to a manager or a corporate representative for the way i was treated, i will also advise all of my fellow coworkers of the situation and the embarrassment and humiliation i suffered because of your ill trained clerks. What happened to America where all men are created equal?

Pretty sure the gas station attendant was just outside lollygagging with someone in their vehicle. didn’t seem to care that I was standing there at the register trying to purchase items. Waited for 5 minutes and nobody came to ring me up. really weird that there was nobody in the gas station working. Things seemed off.

I'm a regular here so I won't be sharing my name. However let me warn you that the pastries there taste like chalk and dirt. Their card readers never work so if you want gas, pay inside! Most of the staff are nice but avoid going in the evening. Michele is highly rude and incompetent. There's a young man there who never wears his mask and another who sags his pants. Highly unprofessional! The folks there in the morning are friendly and seemingly know how to do their job. The location is convenient and I hope to see improvement!

I bought a gallon of milk here tonight. When I got home, milk was spilled all over my car. I inspected and found a small hole on the handle where it was spilling out of. I called the store and Michelle answered. She cussed me out, called me a liar, and refused to do anything because I “didn’t ask for a bag”. I’m not sure if it is the company or just Michelle who does not stand behind their product OR customers, but either way something needs changed. I sent pictures and the phone call recording to corporate who opened an investigation on Michelle. She was chatting with friends when I arrived so I can only assume she was upset because I broke up her chat session to have her ring up the milk.

Nice clerks and gas is affordable. Plus they take the kings soopers discount.

I stop every day for coffee. Clean store and coffee pots are always full. Employees are friendly, especially Amanda. Always positive and upbeat. She makes my day.

I had some auto issues I had to walk to loaf n jug and wait for my friend to pick me up. Thank you for the nice lady working on sat afternoon 2 Nov 18 I appreciate her on such a stressful day. You guys have a great employee 😀😀😀

Pay by credit is working and accepted my King Soopers discount. Windshield cleaning fluid was filled with good squeegees.
