Circle K

New overnight cashier is INCREDIBLY RUDE! I door dash late nights and don't live close to anything really. I stop at 4701 Lemay ALOT at all times of day and night. Never have I been denied the use of the bathroom. Is this a new policy that paying customers aren't allowed to use the restroom? I understand that sometimes people do horrible things in the bathroom late at night. im not one of those people. I would have been a paying customer. But I will not give a company my money if I'm not allowed to use their restroom that I can use any other time of day. You just lost yourself a customer that religiously purchases All of my fuel and all of my nicotine. That's a lot of money I put 50 bucks in my tank about every other day. That's about 1500 a month in fuel purchases alone that will now be made elsewhere.

Exceptional store, giving them five (5) stars for cleanliness and ability to cover/offer most all products found is much larger and much newer stores in much much larger cities. Whereas I gave five stars on the store, I’d most assuredly provide nine to ten stars related their customer service. As one of the openly joked about transplants moving to Colorado, I’m dealing with hotel life and the less than desirable home buying process. It’s this situation and staying near this store location, that for near two months now I’ve become a frequent customer at ALL hours of the day and night. It’s this exposure that’s allowed me time and opportunities to observe these employees both working and dealing with customers. My familiarity is more with the night teams, specifically and with great reverence, I’ll identify the two hardest working humans I’ve seen in ANY profession. I don’t recall the young mans name, but he’s college age and regardless of the situation or frustration, I’ve never heard anything but thank yous, please, sir/ma’am and thank you. Always a smile and no question a genuine good hearted person. Now to their supper star and no doubt hidden gem. “Jen” I’ve entered the store countless times, always finding when it was Jen, she’s popping up from stocking shelves or cleaning something, however, Never hesitates to stop upon a customers entry, throws out a pleasant greeting, smile and keeps moving. There’s a way about Jen that tells you she’s absolutely NOT the person to mess with, but her inner toughness can’t overshadow her massive heart and her desire to help folks. There’s never any questioning her honor or integrity, nor is there doubt when she flashes folks that smile and ask how there days going… people know who’s fake and this little lady is anything but fake. It’s my humble opinion Jen should be in a leadership position where she can teach and demonstrate to others, understanding ANY position short of a store, region or state area Manager position is not a good use of her natural high self motivation, drive and sweet nature. Thank you both!!

KyAnn is always nice every time I enter the store. She greets every single person! The staff always makes an effort to talk to the customers. They also have super clean bathrooms here.

The cashier named Cayenne is incredibly hostile. It gives the entire store bad energy. I went in to get cash back, which they don’t do there I guess. I asked her to just cancel my purchase and she yelled at me to put the small purchase back. I didn’t have time, so I set the items aside and she passive aggressively told me, “I could have done that.” Well, maybe she should! That’s her job. I said, “I don’t know why you feel the need to be so rude to a customer.” As I left the store, she sarcastically screamed at me in a nasty tone to, “have a nice day.” I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience in a gas station in my life. She must be an ex-con or something to behave like that. She is aggressive and unsafe. I called Circle K corporate to let them know. I’m still waiting on their corporate office to call me back. Hopefully they’ll handle this rude employee accordingly. I will never shop at a Circle K again.

It would be nice if the website listed when the carwash is closed so you don't drive out of the way to discover it. It would also be helpful if the website said if it was a Touchless carwash. This location is best just for filling up with gas, as the inside is small and not very nice.

When I went to pay for my one item I unknowingly broke a rule by scanning the item myself on the clerks scanner while she stood there and watched me. She could’ve told me then that I shouldn’t scan the product myself, but she waited until I completed check out to say, “ just so you know dude, this isn’t a self checkout.” I replied, “ oh, I just didn’t want you to have to touch the drink” Trying to be proactive about not spreading a pandemic. She replied, “ who do you think stocked the entire case?” I’ve worked in retail customer service before and I believe I was mistreated by this staff member. There was no reason for the condescending tone she used with me. I usually don’t write these, but I won’t be going back to this woman’s establishment.

I always have a great experience at this store just want to say that Rico is a very nice person he always treats me with great respect if you want a great experience have Rico be your attendant I hope circle k realizes how great of an employee he is he goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one come by circle k and say hello

Not sure why so many downvotes. Cheap smokes at least. The key is to come when Kyann is working- she runs this place like a BOSS. I was here when she was just refueling her car off the clock (wearing her work shirt-condolences) and people swarmed her like ants on sugar. Not only was she off the clock and conducting her own business she STILL handled all of their concerns as best she could as if she was on company time. It’s not okay to expect people to work off the clock (but it’s 2018 we’re all worked to the bone) but Kyann has the kind of work ethic where she will do everything she can to help you out. This place deserves five stars just for Kyann.

My husband went in and got drinks for us and our son. I got milk. The milk was sour and expired today. They did not rotate their stock properly and as a result i vomited. Don't go here, or if you do, check the milk before you buy.

The cashiers here are always so nice and funny. Also got to meet Jimmy Neutron, what an experience.
