I took my crew over for lunch plus i needed gas. There was no gas. We went in the store it was a complete mess. Hot dog warmers are broke. Very few sandwiches. I selected a sandwich there was no mustard. I asked for help they don’t have mustard. Rude workers no gas almost no food a disgusting mess. Better off closing this store avoid this place.
Circle k is going down hill on Hampton and Chambers. The lady at the store is not kind to people at all. The ATM there doesn't work properly and when I didn't get my money she said to call the number on the ATM, didn't help at all. She could care less too, so I asked if I could get cash back with a purchase and she wouldn't do that either when Shell/Circle K station says they give up to $40 in store cash back on Google. She says no every time, so I guess it's up to the owner to allow cash back or not.
Initially due to a bad experience being overcharged and charged twice the night before Kendra the store Manager called me the next day to rectify the situation. Between her attentiveness to make sure the issue was settled and the pleasant and chill demeanor of Jonathan. I'll be back again for sure after almost swearing seven eleven for life. Kendra darling I had better day just cause she helped start it off on the right foot. Appreciate yous

They offer coupons for 10 cent off a gallon then when you go and pay it doesn't come off, the Manager won't give you the difference!!! Talked to the manager Kendra and told me that she can't do anything about it. So for $3 she would rather get a call for complaint or a bad review. Wow such great customer service! NOT!!!! This is called stealing people's money!
STOLE MY MONEY. Purchased gas and a car wash and the receipt didn't print. Went in to get receipt and was told car wash is broken. Requested refund. Will, the cashier stated he couldn't do refunds. Requested I come back tomorrow. I am not local. He said to call manager tomorrow. Called several times and was put on hold roughly 10 minutes. Manager, Kendra, stated car wash was never broken and also refused to give refund. Called corporate and was told it would take a month to 'investigate'. Horrible horrible horrible
I couldn't buy anything because the only person working was taking their lunch in their car. This decrepit property is an eyesore to it's community. The 7-11 across the street is clean, properly stocked, and has pleasant employees. Don't waste your time here.
The cashier was so nice I wish I got her name. She was super friendly when I arrived and when I left. She gave me a candy cane as I was leaving and I really appreciated the kindness.

Hello, I've been coming here for over a year already, to get sandwiche from subway. Already 2 weeks I've came to eat subway the old rude lady Amy, is very unprofessional, very rude, and very not sanitized. She touches the computer and then makes sandwiches with out changing gloves. I tried to be nice and be respectful to her but not working. Then today I came in and the guy that is working in subway named JOE was outside smoking I was waiting and waiting then finally he came in put his gloves on and rudely said what do need, and what are you looking at I said that's not how you talk to customers he said ya whatever with attitude after making my sandwich he just threw the subway bag on counter. This kind of attitude or actions are not professional. Please if manager is reading this please take actions of this problems. If I could I would give this subway a 0 star.
The day shift is great, unfortunately Sunday night the gentleman who works nights is clueless and overwhelmed. I prepaid $20.00 for gas, i found out that my friend already paid ar the pump. I went inside, explained what happened, after about 5 minutes of him not acknowledging what i was saying he said hecanceled the transaction and it would be refunded to my card, i asked for a receipt and he wouldn't supply me with one. Other customers had issues with this employee also. Unfortunately my bank sees no reversal so I am out the money. I suggest not coming to this location at night if you see this man work.

Worst gas station around! Somehow always 10 cent more than other shells and the car wash is always f-Ed up! And let's not get started on my last holiday weekend where the pump tried to approve 150 bucks and had my account messed up for nearly a week! Never use card and only stop if you really need to!
