Circle K

The male cashier's lack customer service skills. I occasionally stop by in morning, they never acknowledge or thank me. However, they will acknowledge and thank the customer behind me. It's happened more than once. Also, I accidentally lined up at the wrong register today, there was no line before me or after me. The cashier was was so condescending, he was like, " just so you know... the line starts in the maze.. " He said this while smirking, and making faces of disgust at the customer that just happened to pop up in line when I was being rung up. I don't frequent gas stations much, so I aplogized and told him to have a good evening. No response. They are just plain rude, and unprofessional.

Same people have worked here for years through Covid and employee shortages. They have had to cut their open hours here and there, but they are struggling to get anyone new to work here. With that in mind, they're still keeping this local gas station going for those us of who live here and need it.

This location has seen vast improvements in the last year, thanks in part to the new management. Manager is a very polite man from the interactions I've had with him. Every employee I've seen working has been helpful and courteous. The 2 guys who work most mornings, Eli and Paul are very friendly and keep the line moving quickly. Will be continuing to use this location in the future.

Not the greatest company to work for, I worked here right after this transitioned from being a Valero, CST back in 2008; this company will make you work over 40 hours a week and not give anyone a raise not to mention the benefits are terrible, no bonus and they make empty promises to their employees and never follow through. I worked at this store as a secondary job to my original store off of Gunclub in Aurora. I had more senority out of all those other employees and yet I had to work 2 stores to get my hours Sam is not my manager Surinder was. Surinder tried calling me a couple months ago why now?

The manager was fighting with a vendor while I was there. The manager was very demeaning and rude and did not take into account there were customers there. The vendor apologized and took the high road. Unexceptible behavior of the manager. I do not want to go into this store again if that manager is there. So unprofessional. Very disappointed that managers do not get trained to behave better.

Seriously the shadiest operation I have ever seen. Carwash is usually broken but no one cares. Bought a 3 wash card and was only able to use one wash and now the machine doesn't read the card. Been back 4 times now and talked to multiple employees and keep getting the run-around. Today it was can you come back tomorrow when my managers here. No, I'm here now you guys took my money and are not providing the service yet I'm the untrustworthy one. Avoid this place like the plague.

There is a 12 yr old little girl they allow to work there!! She was showing an employee her swollen and bruised wrist that she hurt working in a 'cooler' and the employee, Eren, just laughed it off. She seemed not to care. Are the owners aware of Child Labor Laws?? They will be! This WAS my neighborhood store and that young girl is there toward the end of the week almost every single week. Will Circle K pay for her medical bills? Ridiculous to allow such behavior. How long has this been going on? Shame on you Circle K, shame on that girls parents, and shame on the store employee's who should know better!! I just hope all those cameras record.

Had an issue while in the car wash here today, but I called the store and the attendant was able to fix the issue right away. He was very prompt and nice about it too!

One guy working this morning and he's loading water into the cooler. I'm standing in line waiting for about five minutes just to buy a fountain drink for .83. I asked if I could just leave my dollar on the table so I can get going and he asked me to wait until he gets up there. Does he stop what he's doing? No. He continues to unload The water. I ended up waiting a couple more minutes then he gets behind the register I hand him my dollar and walk out. So glad that his time is more valuable than my time. I will not be going back

I'm a Lyft/Uber from Colorado Springs, single Mom and recent widow. I work very hard and suffer adrenal fatigue. When I gave my last ride on Sunday about 1:40am, I couldn't keep my eyes open enough to Safely travel home. I stopped at this Circle K to rest my eyes before making the hour trip home. About 3:00 a.m. a man who I think was the manager banged on my window and scared me to death. He then very forcefully told me I can't sleep in front of his gas station. I asked him why not and he threatened to call the police on me. Where is ia traveler supposed to rest if they are driving from one city to another? I'm not a bum I'm not a homeless person and I'm not trying to camp out in my car. I just needed enough snooze to make it home in Colorado Springs safely. This man was rude and somewhat harassing. I'll make sure my Lyft and Uber driver buddies and many of my friends at the Highlands ranch HOA know what he did to me tonight.
