If I could rate this seven eleven zero stars I would! there is never friendly Co workers at the counter and always a mess. I’ll be looking for different convenience stores in my area cause this one isn’t very convenient.

Mom with kids behind counter while working was distracted and gave me busted cans for my doordash ored that leaked all over my seat. Don't work with you kids lady

I hesitate to give this place 1 star. The location is nice and always clean but the guy at the counter always has an attitude and comes across rude. It's obvious he doesn't come from a background in customer service. there's plenty of other locations I'd rather use.

The staff is always respectful and very nice! They have great slurpee's!! Very quick and convenient!

Just bought a gallon of milk. The milk is curddled with an expiration date of 5/18/2022. Tried calling the store but all I got was a fax machine. Please check your milk before you, the customer buys the gallons from here. Employees are supposed be checking this out when re stocking the refrigerated area. I normally don't post reviews but now my four year old is without milk for the night. I'm sure I'm not the only one who goes to this convenient store for milk for there little one. I love the ladies that work here. I go in almost daily to get lotto tickets and they are always so very friendly. I also am so impressed that they know their customers by name. Every time I’m in I hear one of them cheerfully greeting a regular customer by name. I’m not sure if they realize how special and heart warming it is to witness that, especially during these very challenging times when people can be so rude. I’ve gone to several other 7 elevens in the area but they do not compare. This is my go to 7 eleven. I was short $1 today and the lady helping me (I should have gotten her name) said to just pay it forward even though I offered to bring it back in. She said no, just pay it forward. Love this place.

Old lady behind the counter wouldn’t unlock the fridge for me at 11:45 because she “had no time “ I will never shop here ever again and I had the worst possible service from this women I will never be back. That’s not how you run a business. Fire this woman instantaneously. She was rude and threatened me. If negative stars existed she would get 10000

Always my go to convenient store. Excited to see the two new locations in Loveland and cant wait to stop in!!!! All locations I have been to always have great friendly laid back staff. Stores are usually clean and well stocked. I have never gone in and walked out with nothing and they have always had the items I was looking for. Also thank you to the staff for risking your health for the community! You are all amazing and you don't know how much your custard Long John along side a fresh Club Stacker sandwich (dont judge) and your friendly attitude can change my day around to pure positivity (maybe not on my weight after eating that) buuuut thank you for putting up with people like me. Don't waste your time with this store the employees are rude when explaining their policies which the policies are asinine, claiming it's a franchise store problem not a corporate store problem but then refuse to write a number to the franchise or so you can complain
