Circle K

No wonder this place has a one star rating. I went in there and the guy the Asian guy that was working in. There was so rude and so sarcastic and so condescending. I am an Uber driver and I will make sure that all my Uber drivers know not to come here again, because we all give each other information about where to go and we’re not to go and That guy is not helping your business. He is so rude you tell me I can go somewhere else when all I did was ask if I could use the restroom I’m in the guy has a serious problem and is a threat to your business. I would truly not have him working for you. This is on Friday 14 July at 2:30 PM. Thank you very much and I hope that the managers or bosses of this Circle K see my review and make him figure life out because no one deserves to be treated the way he just treated me.

I got a new debit card and forgot to update on my Circle K card. When I ran the Circle K card, it went through, but the old account attached to the card bounced. They emailed me about it, I completely admitted to my mistake, and I went to make the payment. The store refused my payment because "it can only be taken through corporate if it's late." Fine, I get it. I called the number in the email. They said, "We don't have it in our system yet, so you'll have to call back later this week." Weird, but fine, I guess. I called back later in the week, and they slapped on a $40 late fee. When I asked about it, I was told, "Well, if you had called earlier, you would not have accrued the fee." She didn't seem to care that I HAD called earlier in the week, and they didn't want my money at all then. Very scammy procedures that could've all been solved if Circle K had just taken the money that I owed them as soon as I was ready to pay it. Instead, they try to extort consumers for even more money. Disgraceful- looks like I'll be sticking to Shell.

Disclaimer: I live immediately next door. YOUR HOURS ARE WRONG!!!! your pumps are not on 24/7. Your pumps and your store close at about 9:45pm. You're supposed to close at 10pm but I have video and photo proof that you close nightly at 945pm nightly. Basically when the clerk wants lights off is when they shut down. Often 20 minutes early. Both pumps and store close at the same time. You cannot pump gas before they open at 7am usually is when I see the lights come on. This place is horrible. There price tags are ALWAYS wrong. When you ask them to ring you up for the properly listed price they say "we just put whatever price tags we feel like...." ok you're awesome

Wow. I came to get gas with my circle k card and the cashier was so out of it he asked me what I needed right after I said what I needed. Then I gave him my circle k card and he told me to slide the payment card. I asked him if he applied the discount and he said “No it’s too late.” He seemed high out of his mind and I decided not to try to engage further and left after fueling without my circle k discount What a terrible experience

Got gas and the pump wasn’t working, tried to talk to the cashier and she was one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of meeting in a while. Everything is extremely expensive and half of the tags are wrong. Kindly fire whatever woman was working the counter at 11:10 3/31/23

Bathroom had no soap, clerk was no help. Apparently the oil industry can't afford to stock its bathrooms with hand soap.

The "attendant " was rude refused to do his job was unpleasant to every customer that came in I've never had a more unpleasant experience shopping anywhere in my life

This place is 👏 amazing way to go! Keith went above and beyond making me fresh coffee when the line was backed up and he was by him self. I have never found employees who were so delightful. It's a shame I was just visiting but I would move here just for their attitude! Why chose right or left Twix when you can have both? Why chose low prices or spectacular service or fresh groceries when you can have all three? The candy here has the best expiration dates often 11 to 12 months out where moat gas stations are in the 6 to 8 month range. They would rather stock fresh than fill the shelves with goods that will expire before Christmas and I live them for that. Give these guys a raise and some breaks they deserve more and I would gladly pay 5 dollars for the cup of coffee to make it happen. Keep up the good work and we saulte you. These poor guys are there from 7am until 930 pm just so I can get off mt lazy but and be able to eat junk food any time I'm between, what service what a miracle. God bless this place and give these essential workers a break and a raise and Monday and Tuesday and Sunday and Saturday off! Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 I don't really like circle k but I would drive 400 miles for this one any day of the week come he'll or high rivers, tornadoes or tsunamis, sharknadoes or apocalypse. I can't think of anyone I would rather spend the end of days with then these fine workers who so valently serve those who serve and keep our economy running 🏃‍♂️ strong. If America runs on Dunkin it's life support it Circle K of Boulder proudly serving the lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward,Colima, Guerrero, Michoacan, Sinaloa, and Tamaulipas, Greenland, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guam, marina Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, and Easter island.

My card fell out of my wallet a day ago and the cashier chopped it up because I didnt immediately come back to get it. I did get a feeling they were upset when I used coins to pay, but I didn't think they would be this vindictive about it. This is the worst gas station I have ever frequented, to include the one I was shot at in St Petersburg. At least there the attendants where responsible, decent human beings.
