I stopped in today to pick up some makeup for my wife. Being that I know literally nothing about make-up, it was wonderful to walk in and have the assistant Sam's help. She was extremely friendly and super helpful. Whatever I requested, she made sure I found it or she located for me. I fully appreciate her assistant and her kindness. She made the shopping experience super easy and smooth.

Workers wouldn’t stop asking if I needed help. I had four workers consistently approach me. I get that they are trying to help but each one of them asked me multiple times if I was still okay. Can’t a girl just shop in peace? It was very overboard. other than that, the store is clean, organized, and has most items in stock. And if you are looking for help you’ll get it! If you don’t like being stalked and hovered over don’t come to this location.

I only took a star away due to not having anything to cleanse my sense of smell while shopping for fragrances. Other than that the staff is great, the store was in perfect condition, and I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Update!!! Sephora contacted us below and I was concerned it was a scam, but responded anyway hoping for the best. It was a leap of faith that paid off this time. A helpful customer service representative replied and we did get a rebate. We are grateful, but considering we have yet to hear they are repairing their corporate policies that were incredibly frustrating, my one star will remain. They need to make serious changes Buyer beware, we bought a purse compact got home and discovered the mirror was completely shattered. The store employees are helpful and nice, but failed to ensure the product was intact and unused before we left the store and now we are being given a run around to return it. We can only get our money back by returning to the store we bought it at. That’s fine if there are stores in numerous locations, but the ones in Kohls are not actually the same franchise. This was a special trip out of town to go to the store and now we have to do it again for all the wrong reasons. Good retail companies understand mistakes happen and have reasonable plans for returns of products for people who travel to their destinations locations and unexpected issues arise, such as selling a $40 compact with a shattered mirror. The company policies are terrible and abusive to customers, I can’t imagine how abusive they might be to their employees. Failing to have a reasonable plan for good customer service is a disaster. It stinks too because I thought these were actually good jobs for those in the beauty industry. This is unsustainable for any business.

I went in to find some new makeup for a big conference I'm heading to and I had NO clue what I was doing. Abby was amazing and so patient with me. It can be intimidating walking into a place like this being a little older and having these young gals help, but seriously she was amazing and so incredibly kind.

Have not been into a Sephora in quite some time, I stopped in to get a liquid blush from rare beauty. They did not have it which was okay, I needed foundation and concealer while I was there. I got the foundation and could not find the concealer and when I asked if they carried it I was met with a very rude response that it’s exclusive to ulta as if I shoudve known that? The woman at the register was also unpleasant. Not sure why hat their issue is?

I generally avoid make up stores because I feel uncomfortable asking questions from the employees and have always been at a beginner level. Adrianna, and the girl who checked me out (possibly the manager, blonde) were super sweet to me the entire time. They even held the door for me while I was on crutches. I felt comfortable asking questions and didn’t feel like I was bothering them which was really something I’ve never felt in a makeup store so thank you to them for being so caring and making my night a little better.

Guy at the counter ended up sending my order to an old apartment that hasn’t been lived in for several years AFTER clarifying the right address and they can’t cancel my order. LOVES IT
