The girls were so helpful and approachable! Michelle helped me and was very helpful in assisting me pick out what I needed. My favorite part of my experience was the checkout woman. She had purple hair and lit up my day she was so sweet, I wish I knew her name but she was great and so helpful as well! Great team at park meadows! 11/10 stars

My experience at the Park Meadows Sephora was made because of Jaray. I'm normally hesitant to shop at Sephora and other makeup stores because I don't use makeup often and therefore don't always know what to ask for or what I need. In the past I have ended up with products I didn't really want because I felt uncomfortable and just took recommendations without asking more qualifying questions, which is more on me than anyone who's helped me. Jaray made me feel right at home. They went beyond being personable and met me where I was; they even shared stories from their own experiences using different brands and products, all of which I resonated with and which made me feel extremely confident in my purchases. They were extremely knowledgable about all of the products, what brands did which products best, and I could tell their recommendations were genuine. Thank you, Jaray, for making my experience not only enjoyable but memorable.

Amateurs!! Always long lines and today I have to waited 20 minutes with an employee who did not know how a mobile payment machine works. Employees are not trained to work efficiently at Saturdays. In the weekend its business time and focus at the long lines.

Went in for a specific perfume. The sweetest man immediately helped us. Offered the customary basket and chatted us up until we were ready to check out. Great experience and love the perfume!

This store is so dirty . The dirtiest Sephora I’ve ever been in . I didn’t even want to touch anything . Also the employees made me feel uncomfortable by staring at me the whole time like I might be stealing . So I just left and went to Nordstrom to get what I needed. I will never be back. I can’t get over how dirty this place looked . I work in retail With makeup and I would never let my counter / store look like that especially with all the employees standing around they could be cleaning and organizing. Really would not recommend.

Overly packed with people, overpriced. Most items were out of stock, wasn't offered ship to home... was told to try shopping online. If I'm going into an absurdly priced makeup store in person, perhaps the salesperson shouldn't tell me to shop online? The answer to every question is to buy yet another additional item. You don't like that eye shadow? Then you need a primer, an $80 brush. You like simple makeup? Oh you should try this palette of 14 colors and this program of 6 steps for contouring. You don't like contouring? Well, all of our offerings work on every skin type. Wow....I would have done better with a random choice than utilize their 'help.'

I went in, and refused help from the girls up front… I knew where the products where that I wanted. I was then asked by a beautiful being if I needed help finding anything.. I asked her where the products were that I wented. She not only showed me but recognized my skin and asked specifics. She shared so much info and gave me samples of a clean skincare like to try that worked for her. We had the exact same skin type… she was not only informative but hilarious and amazing to be around! Stephanie, you seriously touched my heart! Thank you for everything you helped with today & hopefully in the future as well!!! We need to see more Stephanie’s in this customer service world!!!!
Very disappointed, tried a foundation on, thank GOD it was on my hand. Broke out in a rash with in 5 min. Asked for a cloth to wipe off and was told there wasn't one. Went to Mac and lady there helped get it off.
