"Great Black Friday deals on a wide variety of supplies we needed!"

Very good customer service. I knew I needed finger paints but I also got a full explanation on the plus and negatives of different brands. Lol. Nice change of pace.

I tried to buy 4 bottles of paint marked on clearance for $5 each. They tried to charge me $50. I showed them a photo of the clearance price (I also posted the photo on here so you so could see). They refused to honor their own markdown or mistake. I went to Hobby Lobby and got a similar amount of paint for $18. Very disappointing. I always tried to choose Michaels over Hobby Lobby before but not anymore.

I like this Michael’s a little out of the way, but it’s a well stocked store. There’s so many Halloween decorations right now!

I really like the Parker Michael's! I always find what I'm looking for and then-some! Their employees are kind and helpful whwn you need them but will just let you shop if that's the way you want to experience their store.

I have grown to love Michael's more then hobby lobby. My only issue is when I start a project and run out of material, i.go back to Michael's and it will be out of stock and they are not ordering more.. Gurrrrrr! But then I'm so impressed with the choices of gems, pearls and stones for jewelry making. Please just order more for stock.

I understand being under staffed on a Sunday. But when the manager is running around looking for something to keep her self busy even though she has a 30 person line waiting for one cashier “NO JOKE”. I would say that’s when you make a judgment call and close the framing department down for the time being and pull her to be a cashier instead, or you yourself god forbid get on a register. Sometimes being a manager takes outside the box thinking to get the job done and keep your customers happy! I love Michael but if you can’t staff one of your busiest days, maybe you should be like hobby lobby and close on Sunday’s.

I had a really positive experience with the staff in the framing department. Steven was my initial contact when I came in for an estimate to mat and frame a counted cross stitch I had completed. He worked with me to create the perfect blend in mat colors and frame. He listened to my ideas and just made it an overall great experience. When I picked up my artwork, I met Sierra (sp). She was very cheerful and outgoing. I picked up right before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I had to bring my project back because the mats had slipped & were no longer even. I noticed this when I got home with it the same day. I thought I'd have to leave the project and return for it at a later date. However, Sierra took the whole thing apart, straightened and secured the mats, then put the entire framing back together, while I waited. It took her about 10 minutes. She was apologetic and gracious through the entire interaction. I was very happy that it could be fixed so quickly. I think I've found my new favorite place for framing. I use Michael's regularly for my framing needs, but this is the location I'll go to in the future. It's not closest to where I live, but that's okay.
