I went to purchase some artist watercolors that were in a locked case. Mildly annoying but the manager quickly (one minute) arrived and was very pleasant. The checkout line was short and I also got a 20% discount on everything and got the sale price! Might have to go right back and get a few more! Thank you Michael's!

Great spot do get crafts and decorations. I like that they have Halloween stuff before everyone else. The cashier was super helpful with getting us extra coupons! I feel like it's hidden away in Southlands, but this is a great spot.

Good location! Convenient and large store full of fun craft supplies. They keep the store very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent prices for crafts as well. Typically has sales on many items and coupons that you can use so that's a plus. Not too large but has most of the things you would need for crafting supplies. Though one downside is when we walked in to get custom framing there wasnt anyone available to help us. Not a huge deal though.

Great customer service

I love love love this store. The employees are always nice and willing to help out . Even if that means I come in 10mins before close. I'm never rushed or bugged. Only reason it's not 5 stars which isn't so much the store as it's the company. Having to ask for coupons is very annoying. Why can't they be in the system so when rung up it's auto applied. Would be nice. Just saying.

Needed some needle threaders, I guess I man handle the 1.99 threaders too much. I don't recommend those

ONCE AGAIN, the amazing, artistic ladies in CUSTOM FRAMING did an absolutely outstanding job mounting a military medals! Toni & Maddie knocked it out of the park by layering several different mats and a fillet to make the medals look like something you'd see displayed in a museum! I have been 100% relying on their expertise for many framing needs and every time, their work EXCEEDS expectations! I've had original photos, custom paintings, documents and military medals all framed and never have I regretted my decision to go with their recommendations nor have I ever had a single issue with the finished products! For active & reserve military members and veterans, they offer a discount and are totally trustworthy to properly handle & display your most personal awards, promotion certificates, etc.!

The star didn't have exactly what I needed but the staff was very helpful and trying to find alternatives to what I was looking for.

Best cardstock paper! Their glitter papers stand out from all the competitors. They also have great “buy in bulk” prices if you buy online.

Great experience at Michael's. Customer service was great, answered every question I had.
