JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This place is awesome. Not your typical craft store, they have a lot of cloth and sewing material. Other holiday decorations you normally wouldn't see elsewhere. They did have some suspicious which I didn't ask what they were for but maybe someone can reply. They were selling something that looked like a voodoo doll but the name was Muslim doll? Go figure. The ladies that were here are very friendly and very helpful. Really enjoy coming here. ☺

I while personally think you’re going to find better Joann’s not too far from here, this one isn’t too bad. It’s still a good size, so it’ll have everything you’re looking for, it’s just a bit unorganized. Though I always adore their spring decor- and I love it even more when it becomes 70% once it becomes the middle of summer!

The absolute nicest employees. Person at the counter with the Garfield pin was the highlight of my day!! They deserve a lot of praise for their amazing attitude and thoughtfulness for their customers

I purchased 3 bolts (1 online and 2 from local stores). There is a cutting in the middle of my bolt. Obviously, I would have preferred to have been advised of the piece of salvage in the middle of my bolt (approx 58"). My minimum cutting layout is 84-86." Someone should have said something. Now I find myself behind to rework a cutting layout. I'm very disappointed and hoping that this disappointment will not have to be passed along to my client. I wish I knew which store (Westminster or Northglenn) did this but I did not mark my pick up bags.😐 Customer care response: "[W]e do not guarantee how fabric will arrive however, our warehouses do make every attempt to fill orders in the least amount of cuts possible. Any fabric you are unsatisfied with is applicable for a full refund should you wish to return it to the store. Please be advised this policy does not have a time frame and is hassle free." Thank you for advising me.. I will take the extra time to approach the cutting table from now on so I can verify my upholstry fabric lengths (but was attempting to avoid contact with others due to COVID.) Since I'm already 8 cutting patterns deep (out of 10) and now 3 yards short I obviously cannot return anything.

Of I could give zero stars I would. Online it said they had 4 skeins of the yarn I needed. They had one. I drove half an hour to get there

It's a fairly quiet store (at least when i was their). But they had one employee on the cut counter, and a HUGE line, followed by one person cashiering also with quite a line. It's not the holidays or christmas, this is just how they maintain business on an average day. I have also been to quite a few in need of and seen endless reviews begging joanns to have more available employees, this joanns would be no different but the company is happy to make customers suffer to maximize their profits. Please staff your stores.

I always love going in these kind of stores. Joann is great as long as you have coupons. Their staff is always friendly. If you are a crafty person, Joann is a decent place to get supplies. I prefer it over Michaels , which is always to expensive and their stock is not that good.

Easy to find things. The store was clean. They had Multi Culture of workers. This makes the place feel like all are welcome.

This store has gone downhill in the past few months. I used to see lots of smiling welcoming faces all the years I’ve been buying from this location. Recently it’s just a bunch of grouchy ladies who can’t be bothered to answer questions or help a customer. When I bring my kids with me, the atmosphere is cold and distant, and my kids are well behaved in stores. Sure there’s a good selection but I’d rather drive a little bit extra to a different store so I can feel comfortable shopping.

Best place for crafts, I only spend way too much money here 💜
