JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Very rude staff, very obviously long lines. Refused to sell to us, as we had to stand a very long line just to earn the right to buy from them, even when they could have told us we needed to do that when we were having them take something down from a high shelf. Again, were exceptionably rude. Customers are were exceptionably rude. Do not shop at this store, it is unacceptable how they treat customers.

Had a great visit tonight went in the store is very organized staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a 50% off sale and a 75% off sale and a 40% off sale it was wonderful got everything I needed for like $5 it was great wonderful place to go to very knowledgeable staff and friendly great prices.

I purchased 3 bolts (1 online and 2 from local stores). There is a cutting in the middle of my bolt. Obviously, I would have preferred to have been advised of the piece of salvage in the middle of my bolt (approx 58"). My minimum cutting layout is 84-86." Someone should have said something. Now I find myself behind to rework a cutting layout. I'm very disappointed and hoping that this disappointment will not have to be passed along to my client. I wish I knew which store (Westminster or Northglenn) did this but I did not mark my pick up bags.😐 Custome care response: "[W]e do not guarantee how fabric will arrive however, our warehouses do make every attempt to fill orders in the least amount of cuts possible. Any fabric you are unsatisfied with is applicable for a full refund should you wish to return it to the store. Please be advised this policy does not have a time frame and is hassle free." Thank you for advising me.. II will take the extra time to approach the cutting table from now on so I can verify my upholstry fabric lengths (but was attempting to avoid contact with others due to COVID.) Since I'm already 8 cutting patterns deep (out of 10) and now 3 yards short I obviously cannot return anything.

Nice store, would like to see more direction on what you can find in each aisle and not have stuff spread out in multiple places. They have a good selection, but it is always hard to figure out where something is.

This location has lots of fabrics and even sports teams logo fabrics, many sewing embroidery Supplies and Viking store inside this Joann. Also have some arts and crafts Supplies. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location!

I was looking for some fabric to make an anniversary present and they had by far the best selection of all the crafty stores I visited. I was able to get everything I needed for the project in the one visit and the person cutting my fabric to length was busy but still pleasant as were the cashiers. It was a great trip all around and if you are looking for fabric specifically don't bother with any where else.

This store looks like a Christmas bomb went off inside. The floors are littered with items and lots of glitter which means we take it home on our shoes, maybe they need a new cleaning crew. The picks are in 3 different locations which makes it hard to find what you want. The staff & manager are always pleasant. However, there are rarely more than 2 stations open. Waiting in line is not cost efficient for anyone.

Thanks to this Joanns I was able to get all the supplies I needed to teach myself how to make pressed flower jewelry like I’ve wanted to learn how to make for forever now! Their selection is soo much better then the one in Boulder, like it felt like a completely different store almost!

I LOVE this store. They have just about every type of fabric you can dream of and I was so surprised to see just how much yarn they have there, too! Special shout-out to Mel, who cut about a hundred yards of rainbow tulle for me. She was truly fantastic! Highly recommend this craft store for anyone needing specialty fabric, a large assortment of yarn or anything in between. All of their employees were so courteous, kind, and helpful!
