It’s a craft store. But the issue with the store in particular is that their inventory is never updated on the app so anytime I place an order, it gets cancelled. There’s been times that they cancel my order so I go in person, AND THEY HAVE WHAT THEY JUST CANCELLED. It’s outrageous. And half the time they do fulfill the online order, it’s wrong! The staff in general seems to always be annoyed or have no patience with customers so it doesn’t feel inviting. I’ve also had the cashier ring things up wrong and it’s a waste of my time for them to correct it. It’s really a hit or miss here and these are easy fixes so it’s annoying

Why is the front staff, that checks people out make everyone feel so awkward. I was in line I see most people are trying to help other businesses out, and a couple of people tried just so Michael’s it self can get more business, it doesn’t matter weather if someone is trying to help. It made me feel awkward standing in the back waiting to check out. I put my stuff down because the one small skinny girl and the Hispanic woman were rude hateful and just not into the job! So definitely will let this known around Boulder.

Love knowing I’ll always stand in an 8 person line with one cashier to buy a single item. Do they not have a pager system to call someone that’s messing around in floral to come help clear the checkout line? It’s not like those fake daisies need to be restocked this second.

Clean, well-organized location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Didn't have all that they stated to have online which was a bummer. If you are looking for arts and crafts this is the place to go.

Four stars because there's always a seasonal sale or discount coupon available...so the savings are great for holiday themed activities and crafts. I appreciate that over the last decade there are many more planet friendly materials available. That said, I hope they can do better for the planet and not sell so much disposable single use stuff. The store employees are great, knowledgeable and friendly, even when they are understaffed.

have so much fun here every time. plenty of options for art supplies, office supplies, sewing and knitting. also you can make custom frames which is super neat. and usually up the wazoo costly.

People there are nice, but the stuff is really expensive. You can get the same kind of things at Walmart most of the time.

Guirys is superior except Michaels got the frames on deck
