Michaels

Not sure what to say here. They normally have everything we're looking for. But the store seemed lonely on our most recent visit. And we witnessed a shoplifter walk right out with goods, alarms went off, and our poor cashier, who couldn't have been more the 20 years old, was the only staff member and we were at the register providing the distraction the shoplifter needed. Not sure how much longer our Michael's will last if they can't figure this out. A face-lift and a little better security would be helpful

Doesn't have as much inventory as Hobby lobby though it is a better more relaxed environment.

Excellent customer service. Associates friendly and very caring.

Store is great, but I wish they had more paracord tools and accessories.

Great after Christmas Sale...they still had what I needed for some commissioned holiday items. Staff helpful although minimal in number. Not all 5 stars because only one cashier and a long wait to check out!

I obtained a lot of really good deals there. The employees are very likable and extremely helpful. Thanks Michaels makes my art much better.

Samantha is the best! She worked with me on framing a special print given to me by a friend. It turned out superbly! I will definitely go back to her with all my framing projects.

I live in Moab, UT in this town doesn’t have any arts & crafts store so we have to traveling from Moab to get stuffs for my wedding which is in a week. Everything was fine until I got home I found out that the cashier didn’t hand me out all stuff I bought. I called them told them that we’re from Moab if they want a proof receipt can we just take a picture and send it to the manager or one of the employees. They said they can’t and can’t do any refund until they see the actual receipt, so WE HAVE TO DRIVE BACK 110 MILES TO SHOW THEM THE RECEIPT!!

I really enjoy going to Michaels. I love doing crafts. Best store to get what I needed. Their prices are great too. The employees are so kind.

The new typical service- “if it’s not over there we don’t have it” or complete ignorance of what the store even carries. Very good at chatting with each other though and ignoring customers. Only game in town on Sunday’s sadly.
