    Michelle was one of the kindest and empathetic representatives I have ever spoken with. I am currently facing some very serious financial issues due to my husband having stage 4 colon cancer, my 91 year old mother having advanced vascular dementia (I am her caregiver) and myself now being unemployed with no income. I am trying my very best to get a new job and this company will be the very first debt I will be working to pay off due to the wonderful service I received from Michelle. Thank you again Michelle for your excellent customer service! You are truly an amazing employee and deserve a huge raise.

    I would like to say thanks to Michelle at MFS. She has took time to work with me in times of hard decisions. I really appreciate her being human instead of being a robot whose goal doesn’t include helping the person going through the hard time. She understands tough situations we sometimes find ourselves and she is always willing to help. Thank you

    I spoke to an excellent rep named Kelly Bright. She was extremely helpful with a very kind voice and attitude. She very carefully discussed my situation and we worked out a plan to make reasonable payments for my debt. She was also very thorough and precise in her discussion of my debt.     Great group of gals down there, understanding, patient making the process much easier for me. Had to split my payment into two payments the same day. As my bank would not except the 24 hour.over limit credit card usage, so I had to call them and clarify that it was not a fraudulent charge splitting my total account balance into two charges each 1735 and some change to pay off my account. All went well because of your gals patience with me. Thanks everyone. Scott

    Beware, they will charge you a hefty collection fee and refuse to disclose it in your receipt. They include it has part of your overall total debt and refuse to provide a detailed receipt with the breakdown of the charges applied to your account.
