Had our first training with Meka Prince and Adam Curry. Very informative and great training. Meka was very patient with us and explained everything to us and provided examples. I really appreciate the guidance APR have provided us. The dashboard is very easy to navigate and keep track of our collection accounts. I can see the time this will save us with some hep from APR to help recoup payment from delinquent customers. I definitely recommend APR for their business.

We had our initial zoom training meeting today with Courtney who was great! She went through all of the processes with us and walked through the process of filing an account with them. I appreciate the thoroughness of her guidance and I know that I can call on her at any point I need assistance. APR has a very intuitive and user friendly website that will help us streamline our AR process when it comes to collecting on older debts. I just started using APR and so far I'm impressed. Their customer service is excellent and the website is intuitive and easy to use. They went over all the steps in a training session with me to make sure I felt comfortable submitting accounts.

I am the office manager for our company and wanted to make sure that our clients were treated with respect when APR would contact them. Unfortunately, I had my first "complaint" that the representative from APR was rude and condescending. So I contacted our rep who puts up with me and all my emails and asked if we could listen to the call. We set up a time with her and her manager Matt M who is also AMAZING. We listened to the call together and was pleased with the outcome. There are some people who will make things harder on everyone (including themselves) just to make a point or get out of something. However, I am very confident with our choice to go with American Profit Recovery. The training they provide, the communication, their professionalism and everything else that goes along with it, I have no doubt that they are the best company to go with if you need to have someone on your side to collect for you.
