First Federal Credit Control

We’ve had an amazing experience with First Federal Credit Control. The customer service is always outstanding! They go above and beyond to help with the accounts. They’re always accommodating and responsive to my questions. Our office is very impressed with the service provided. Thank you so much FFCC for all you do!

Our office has used First Federal Credit Control for years and years and they are amazing! Ian and Alyse are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and present, we are incredibly thankful for all they do!

I moved a couple of years ago and did not realize that I still owed $$ to a doctor's office - they had been sending mail/bills to my old address. Anyway, Holly Rose eventually found my new abode. When I answered her call, she was very friendly & helpful and worked with me to find an acceptable solution to an uncomfortable situation (owing $$ and having a debt collector call you!!). When I paid it in full, she immediately sent me a confirmation letter that she sent to the Credit Bureau's announcing in BOLD LETTERS that I had paid my balance IN FULL -- bold so that there was no confusion. So, no one likes or wants to get a call from a Debt Collector - but I give Holly Rose the absolute highest mark for Customer Service that can be given. She made the entire situation calm and easy to solve, for which I am/was grateful.

This is a very thorough and professional collections company. I work for a chiropractic office and have used two collections companies prior with no results. Immediately after signing up with FFCC they followed up with me and have always kept me updated on our accounts. The accounts we had were very old and they were still able to collect on a few of them, which the last two companies had not been able to do, nor did they ever update us. I really appreciated that on a few accounts the agent working the collections called me to get more details on the debtor, which I think the more information the better to be able to collect on an account. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them for any future collections.

My medical office uses this collection company for years. it is so easy to work with them , the portal where you can upload the accounts is so friendly for the users. they work with you on any balance due, always available to discuss the accounts and work hard on returns. i would recommend FIRST FEDERAL TO USE AS A COLLECTION COMPANY. They work hard to help my business to collect the $$. ant it is greatly appreciated, especially at those time when it's so hard to dealing with it.

We recently switched collection agency's as our collections team closed after a solid 12 year relationship. I called around to a few places and got some great feedback from Ian. His team has been nothing but helpful in making a smooth transition. I have been very happy with our collections so far and I hope we are headed towards another long and stable relationship.

I have worked with FFCC since 2008 or so, and with 2 separate employers. I have found them to be excellent. Very professional efficient and helpful.I have had and continue to have an excellent rapport with the team.They are always very quick to resolve any issues. Their online portal is extremely user friendly and easy to work on.Very easy to communicate with them right from the top to the day to day customer service. Cant think of anything negative to say.
