Everyone at the office is so welcoming and helpful. Cathy the office manager is so helpful and knowledgeable with everything in the office. Brie one of Dr Heath’s assistants was so compassionate, calming as and comforting as she continually reassured me that everything would be alright. Dr Heath is always knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner, always recommending what’s best for the patient. Jill was at the front desk and again , has a very welcoming and friendly personality , making you feel that they really appreciate you coming in to the office, grateful that we’ve chosen them to take care of our dental needs.

What a great experience. The office staff was so patient and accommodating with scheduling. Dr. Amy took the time to patiently explain things. She took the time to do a great job on my procedure. She and her assistant put me at ease- I get nervous at the dentist, like most of us. I’ve felt chastised before by previous dentists for not flossing well enough, etc. I know a lot of us have had that experience. By taking her time explaining my dental health, tooth anatomy, etc., I actually left feeling motivated to floss, without her telling me I HAD to. Maybe a small thing, but it was nice leaving the dentist without feeling like a naughty child- hee hee. Did I just find my forever dentist? Highly recommend.

I usually give five star reviews, but this visit I was not impressed by, new hygienist was super pushy and over bearing, and maybe I do need to see a pariodontist person but not sure that going to happen. Not sure why your not willing to work with a person to avoid the extra cost.

Wonderfully friendly group of people. I never have any anxiety going to the dentist when I know it's with them. Professional, quick, and personable. Been going here for almost five years, and I won't be leaving anytime soon!

Dr Heath and Dr Amy are experts in their practice! Their staff is kind and helpful and their hygienists are top-notch. I’ve enjoyed their services for about 7 years now and delight in knowing they take great care of me.

I'm new to Denver and went to go see Dr. Copeland for a second opinion on my chip tooth and cavities. He did an amazing job fixing my chip tooth and saved me from a mountain of debt, compared to my first consultation. I'm so grateful for what they have done for me. I am a new patient and just visited them this week. They hit it out of the park! My hygienist was fantastic and I was very impressed with the attention from Dr. Heath. i’m working now to have the rest of my family move over to this practice. I highly recommend them.

For my initial visit, Copeland Family Dental fit me in quickly and Dr. Heath was able to correct some minor work done by a previous dentist. Dr. Heath is honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were. That first experience was years ago and since that first visit, we promptly moved my wife and two daughters over to this practice as well. Nina is an incredible hygienist and leaves my teeth feeling clean with no pain or negative effects. She is always informative and thorough. Cathy, at the front desk, is the best in the business! She is communicative, helpful, and always friendly. This is hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. The entire staff is always professional, friendly, and personable. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!
