"I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and quality of service."
"This place is unorganized, unpprofetional, and the staff and security are rude."
"Nice people that work here and I’ve never had a long wait."
One of the worst on-hold experiences. Hour after hour of listening to the same 30 seconds of loud and impossible-to-ignore waltz music. So bad that the repeating announcements telling me to go to the website are a relief. Most likely causes insanity in 90 minutes at the lowest volume. Don't know how the previous reviewer lasted 2 hours.
Nice dmv office. I went during a busy afternoon but the dmv office is big enough to handle a decent number of people. Also the people were kind and gave the right instructions. They handled older people with patience and helped them.
This has been by far the best DMV experience I have ever had. I made an appointment online ahead of time and was able to check in via mobile, too. Not even a full minute after my checkin, I was already called to one of the counters. Everything was handled swiftly and everyone there was very nice and helpful. Been there twice now and liked it both times. :)
Turned away from an appointment I waited a month for because I “didn’t have the right documentation”, in reality I did. I looked it up and by the time I saw I had the right ID and had been wrongfully turned around, I had left the building and wasn’t allowed back in because I didn’t have another appointment scheduled. Whoever is a supervisor at this location, reiterate to your employees that they are public servants. They are paid by me and every person they service. Wrongfully turning someone away and not allowing them back in is absolutely disgraceful and waste of tax payer money.
Why would the Colorado DMV have ZERO record of me being a VETERAN, while the state of Colorado verified this and issued my DL with Navy Veteran Emblem on it. As well as issued my Navy Veteran Plates. Now the state wants NEW proof.
Karen was super helpful helping me reinstate my license. It was a nightmare. I was missing one very piece of paper and she kindly showed me how to retrieve it and email it to her. She was so nice and patient the entire time. I think this is the best and fastest DMV in Adams.
I was told to go to 1881 Pierce St by my local Denver DMV to get a title for my stolen vehicle. A rude cleark by the name of Anthony Leon told me they're not able to do anything about it at that location and to go to another location in Denver. The Denver location was confused as to why they didn't give me the application on the spot. Went back to 1881 Pierce to get the name of the rude cleark, Anthony Leon. They were unbelievably unprofessional laughing at the fact I drove around all day. Also stateing that they aren't able to print the form. The bad attitude of the receiving staff is definitely the worst in the Denver metro area.
I didn't have to wait long, however I was told to bring in a document to get my license reinstated, but then was told I needed a hearing. I went to the hearing side of the building only to find out that those employees are remote only, so I was given a number to call. I called that number, no one answered, but was told to email the hearings department. Now I'm waiting to get a hearing for something I was initially told I didn't need a hearing for. My license was suspended due to my first DUI charge, in which I never denied doing a blood test, and only refusals are sent to the DMV to get your license suspended. Mine was suspended without a refusal, I was just not able to give any blood for the test. So, then I got a driving under suspension, which I shouldn't have in the first place.
You would think that they’d have not potholes & a better parking lot…..for the DMV If you vehicle must bust be road worthy to drive, shouldn’t you roads and parking lots be too!?
I paid a citation online. A few days later I received an email stating that my submission was not accepted because my photo upload was not clear. The photo upload was optional, and something that I did only to provide extra information. They did, however, take my payment. To accept and deposit my payment without actually accepting the submission of the citation information is illogical and also theft. Now the citation is not resolved and I am told that refunding my payment takes 2-3 weeks. This is not extra money that I had lying around for fun. I have other financial responsibilities, but made this financial responsibility a priority. Had I known that it would turn into this kind of process, I would have done so differently. Now the money that I could be using to pay bills is just sitting in a government account somewhere waiting to be refunded at their leisure. I was informed that the only way to fix this is to take hours out of my day and go to the office with the citation. Why it is impossible for somebody to look at my information while speaking to me on the phone and correct this without me having to bring a physical copy of information which they should already have is beyond me. Complete incompetence. It has now been 30 days since I submitted this. They quoted 2-3 weeks for refunding my money has passed with no refund. Please contact me immediately.
