I've always loved this store, but I visited yesterday, and what a mess! Comforters crammed in EVERYWHERE and towels were hanging in the seasonal sections. Not the great display when you usually see when you walk in, and the floor was covered with debris. Also, there was not one available cart at the entrance. They were scattered all over the parking lot. New management?! Better get it together!

I have to admit, we went in to use the washroom, but found cool treasures & Halloween decorations & geodes to haul back! [I hope establishments that are stingy about letting a traveler use their washroom will take notice] On top of that, the personnel were friendly and helpful. The store was not crowded at all!

Can't even leave a review Had to repost since it isnt showing up for the public Brooke with the long brown hair was very inappropriate my boyfriend started driving before I got a chance to get out of the car so i could talk to the manager about it. Other than that this place has a lot of nice things that we come here to buy quite often. The rest of the staff are great. Dont think 1 bad apple should ruin the bunch.

Messy store. Sold me a used cold juice press- missing parts and dirty. When returned i asked for another one and the manager said i dont make calls to find products...Then manager attempted to upsale to a more exspensive version said you can just pay the difference...just add another $100 plus dollars......Horrible customer service.

Sometimes when I shop here, I have a love and hate attitude because there are many items to choose from. I try to get what I come for, but many times I get more because of the great prices and selections. The staff is friendly, the shop is clean and well laid out. If I do not get what I do not need at that time, it will not be there when I return.

I really enjoy shopping in this store. Staff is very helpful and they always have interesting buys! I would like to give a special shout out to Alec who went out of his way to make sure the rug I bought would fit in my car. I didn’t even ask he just offered to help when he heard me talking to the cashier.Thank you for your kindness! Great customer service. 😊

Rude and racist staff. Seems pretty on brand for Boulder. As a person of a color you can see how other customers who are white get treated better and actually are given customer service, my family and I were treated like trash and assumed we weren’t going to buy anything. Will never be coming back.

Friendly staff but the best part are the prices, few places can beat Amazon but this place is actually matching them or beating them on price for many things. 10/10 would recommend. Better prices and quality for my pet toys and treats!

Great deals and variety.

Definitely feels like a TJ Maxx.
