Walmart Supercenter

Pros: Workers are always friendly; no crazy long lines; lots of self checkouts; pickup is very easy and the workers there are super nice too! Pharmacy techs and associates are great and super helpful! Cons: The layout of the store is completely counterintuitive; they are usually out of stock of toiletries and some foods. If you place a pickup order, at least 10 things are out on it so plan to just do without those 10 things lol.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning at this Walmart. Gilbert personifies excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to ask if I needed help, then looked up the item on his phone and took me to where it was. Jamese at the checkout was very kind and friendly, and Moon gave me a warm smile on the way out and wished me a great day. It was wonderful to encounter all these positive attitudes and attention to service.

I’ve been trying to order a custom cake here 3 times in a row now (I have been in the store twice) the simplest cake at that. A two tier white cake with purple flowers and plastic topper that says “oh baby” out of the book. I understood the you couldn’t do what I wanted at first which was roses so I changed it to something literally in there display sunflowers. Idk why I have to personally come in a talk face to face with a cake decorate when our schedules don’t line up and I can just order over the phone. You literally have the cake I want in display lmao if you guys just don’t want to do the work you can say that. I tried to many times here and now I I have to hope I find somewhere else to meet the babyshower date. Don’t offer custom cakes. 👍

Very friendly - only issue was only one check out with a person and all the self checkouts were not only full but also way to close together. Otherwise overall good experience 😁

The store is very clean. The shelves are kept stocked. There is always an associate around in each department if you need help. Very nice store. I would rather drive to this store from 104th than go to the store on Grant.

This was the strangest walmart I've ever been in! I was there at peak shopping hours on a Thursday evening and the place was deserted. I felt like I was in a zombie movie! The better part of that was there were no lines to wait in!

Freshness NOT! BEWARE of this store! Today is 6/6/23 2 days before "Best by" date

Great store, helpful employees, got exactly what we needed and were out in just a few minutes

4/30/23 8:49am spent 2 hours shopping. Had to self check out a ton of stuff because they never have there registers open. 145$ later, I get stopped at the door for the "can I see your receipt" stop. Standing there for a couple minutes while the man goes through everything.... walmart, you could have opened a register and checked me out yourself🤷‍♀️... doesn't make me want to shop here. Shopping for 2 hours, 145$ spent, self check out, no customer service... yep, I'm a little frustrated when I get stopped at the door.

The lady that was doing my nails was not real friendly. I usually see Annie but she was booked. I messed up one of my nails putting it in the nail dryer. The lady shook her head and sighed. Maybe she was having a bad day. She did do a decent job on my nails. I'll still go back but only to see Annie.
