From the minute I walked in the store, I felt as though we were being scrutinized. We were there to make an Amazon return and shop. While in the past it was difficult to find someone to assist with a question, it now seems as if workers are everywhere, watching your every move. Never have I shop lifted and I certainly didn’t appreciate the feeling I got in that store!

I would give it five stars, but there were a lot of empty spots, and it was a bit confusing to find certain items. Signs need to be fixed. Associates were nice, and we found some great clearance items. I have always liked this store!

Not at all happy with the cashier trying to hard sell me a credit card or membership. It was not appreciated and I almost left my items at the register and not make the purchase. I am in retail and can understand the basic schpeel on what I could save after saying no thank you the first time should have been sufficient but she kept on.

Very big store with lots of selection. Not many employees working for it being such a large store. Prices are very high. I love that there is a prime return inside the store, but it is all the way in the back left corner.

Nice clean store but I'm missing the options in clothes they used to have. Fila was my fav brand and they don't have as much anymore. Seems like they have eliminated a lot of things as the store looks empty. Still good values if you can find what you're looking for.
A nice clean store with very friendly and professional employees. I find what I'm looking for most of the time, and always great sales and coupons.

I can honestly say I always have a good experience when I shop at Kohl's Arvada and the Golden store. The associates are friendly and very helpful.

The West Arvada store is the greatest. The people are friendly, the store clean and organized, and there are always coupons and great discounts to be had.
