I have issues getting my blood drawn. I went to Michelle at Parker Safeway and she is AMAZING!! I went to her on recommendation of other Quest employees. Both times she got me first time, NO PAIN, and no bruises!!! I am a member of her fan club and will go to her every time I need to get my blood drawn!! Thank you SO much Michelle!!!
Michelle is truly the greatest! the way she goes above and beyond for the clients of Quest should be set as a standard for all employees working at these locations. She's Professional, Fast, and has great personality too! My draw went effortlessly and painless! I couldn't believe how well of a stick she is. This lady needs to be given a raise and a plaque for her dedication of excellence of serving the parker area with great service!
Normally nobody likes having to get labs done. I know I don't. But, the ladies at this location are AMAZING!! When I stepped inside they called me by name (I had an appointment) and made me feel comfortable right away. Both of them are kind, caring and were empathetic to my situation. While their location is small, my wheelchair fit everywhere I needed to go. They were very quick and I didn't have to wait for a single thing. I get labs done every quarter and from now on I will be going to this location.

My potential new employer needed me to do a drug test within 24hrs of choosing a location. Not realizing when they closed I chose this location. I arrived at 3:37pm thinking it would be fine because after all, I just needed to pee in a cup quick and easy. When I arrived, Michelle told me that they no longer do testing after 3pm. So I told her how my new employer needed me to perform a test within 24hrs and if there was any way she could please squeeze me in. She took pity on me and told me to go ahead and check in. All was good till my sample was not enough. She needed more and I had no more sample to provide. So she said to drink some water and wait. I drank and she patiently waited till I could provide enough of a sample. When it was time for her to print her computer stopped working. So she restarted her computer and we waited for it to work. She helped me and I left at 4:40pm. Michelle is a hard working women who enjoys what she does. Managment if your reading this please provide her with equipment that works properly so she can perform her job without issues.

This was the worst experience. Their system crashed after they collected my sample. They lost my sample and my employer could not even verify that I was seen. I walked in to talk to someone about the issue. They completely ignored me. I walked out without any resolution. As much as I can help it, I will never use Quest again.
What a great idea to have a lab draw station next to the pharmacy. Very convenient with no wait. Elaina, my phlebotomist, was professional, kind, and I hardly felt it. She got it on the first stick. I would recommend.
Every single quest diagnostic I've been to there's been issues. Specifically with their hours of operation and when you were able to do a simple urine drug screen. Also there is no direct phone number so even just to verify the hours of operation you have to call which route you to a general number and an automated system. Then the person that answers the phone has to look up on the computer and tells you the hours of operation that they're supposed to be open. However you are standing outside and the place is closed when the person on the phone is telling you it is open. Awful awful experience

Falsely advertises their hours. I walked in at 11:40 to do a drug screen. Was told I had to wait until after 1 even though their hours are 7am-12pm. So even though nobody else was in there and I had been waiting “to go,” I was told to hold it for another hour and 20 minutes. That’s just rude.
No wait!! The lab tech was just lovely and kind. So much easier than dealing with Labcorp. I highly, highly recommend. :)
