Summary
"Small but efficient staff and office."
"Hey folks, don’t go to this place after 3 for a drug screen."
"5 minute delay, but otherwise excellent experience."
The technician was pleasant and cordial. She was very efficient in doing my paperwork and putting me through the drug test process (urine sample). I was in and out really fast. Yes, the hours are weird and not represented well on Google. Just give them a call before you plan to go or make an appointment online. Pretty quick and easy. I saw the 1-star reviews and almost changed locations... but I didn't change it and had a good experience at this location!
The technician struck a nerve which caused shooting pain to the base of my thumb. I said that it hurt and she then yelled and accused me of being rude. I told her i knew it was an accident. She did what a lot of healthcare workers do, retaliate against patients whom they hurt. I didn’t expect her to apologize but it is not acceptable to attack a patient you hurt.
I normally hate going to Quest but this location was the best one I have ever been to! Shout out to Melissa for being fast and efficient. She clearly knew what she was doing and did it through kindness and care. Thank you for making this experience better than the rest!
5 minute delay, but otherwise excellent experience. Friendly staff. Recommend booking online with Quest for a specific time in advance.
The hours are wrong on the Google listing - attendant told me “we don’t take walk ins or appointments after 330pm” I said “website says your open until 4pm” attendant: “ yes but we process from 330pm to 4pm” - (I was assured prior I could just walk in for this test anytime they were open) I think somebody just wanted to not stay late on a Friday and choose their convenience over good customer service) a good customer servant would have done the blood draw because I came in during POSTED hours -now I have to find another time to come around my work hours and I am out $40 because of rush hour Uber prices! All because the staff wouldn’t honor posted times for service! At the very least change the hours to read close at 330 not 4! Any person would think it’s 330pm I can be seen - it’s still 30 minutes until they start closing!
great staff. super professional and transparent about their policies. as recommended, I made an appointment first but then dropped by on a Thursday morning as they opened and was able to squeeze in no problem. it's a lil hard to call and talk to a person but honestly they have one of the best automated systems I've used in awhile. I didn't have to repeat a single thing!
No sign, not a picture of the front of the building anywhere, no way contact anyone to ask for directions. I drove around and asked several shop keepers and Noone has even heard of quest labs. Missed the appointment, seems quest labs lack professionalism and seriousness.
Only one person on staff from 7 to 8 which I think is a bad executive decision since it is likely that people are going in early because they need to get to work. It is the one time they should be able to move quickly. Hopefully someday they will rethink this. The lady on staff was as nice as can be. But it still took 40 minutes to be seeing even though there was only two people with before me.

There is no sign on the building for Quest nor address so we couldn’t find it. We tried calling but phones are totally automated. So we missed our appointment and could only reschedule on their website
Diane is AMAZING! She is a 1 woman show! Even with a waiting room full of impatient people, she was kind and gives great customer service! Thank you Diane!!
