Absolute worst phone system I've ever dealt with. Will be asking my providers to find alternate testing locations.
Appointment at 10 AM. Arrived 10 mins earlier to check in. The waiting area is full. At least one customer was allowed back in for another draw, a head of those waiting and out of turn. Phlebotomist was sooo chattiy that I waited untill 10:30. Finally, with nobody in the waiting area, I hear "Stuart, you still here"? No apology, nothing. I responded with "a 1/2 hour late" chatty Kathy then proceeded to make excuses along with adding "just because you make an appointment, doesn't mean you won't have to wait". A continous dialog of excuses followed so I asked, "Are you going to continue to debate me or should I leave"? I was asked to leave. I put down the arm of the chair hard and was met with "that's destruction of property" and was told I was no longer welcome there. If Chatty Kathy would do her work without all the superfluous time consuming dialog, allowing people to cut the line in a crowed office and drop the entitled attitude, maybe people wouldn't have to wait 40 minutes for an appt.
Making an appointment online was easy. I got to my appointment and was seen within 4 minutes of my appointment time. Mandi did a GREAT job and actually made getting stabbed with a needle fun! I shouldn't say "stabbed" as I barely felt a thing. Great job, Mandi! I will be coming back in 3 months for a follow up!
I showed up as a walk-in, did an electronic sign-in and set an appointment for 27 minutes later. The gal running the place got me in, took my blood painlessly, and was both professional and friendly. One of the easier experiences I've had getting labs...recommend.
Mandi is amazing, so great with patients I choose her every time for my blood draws. Thanks Mandi for always being so caring
I wish I would have read the reviews before I came to this location because if I did I would definitely not have went there. I went in to this location on 7-30-21 at 12:20pm and the experience was awful the two women that were working at that time we're both rude and had no customer training. I understand that they close at 12:30 and they were ready to go home but there is no excuse on why they had to be rude. I accidentally left the door open and one of the ladies came and slammed the door shut and I looked back and she threw her hand up at me and gave me a dirty look. I was so disgusted on how they acted and the lady that took my blood was rude as well and she made the experience awful. I will most definitely read the reviews before I go to any place like that again. If I didn't have to give them a star just to leave this review I wouldn't have left them any stars. Good luck to anyone who goes there.

I love this Quest location. It's convenient and the phlebotomist I've seen has been wonderful - so kind and thoughtful. I actually look forward to seeing her.
Made an appointment on the Quest app at the request of my physician. The appointment started on time and was efficient and professional. The staff were really nice and did a good job.
Absolutely impossible to get any direct answer about anything. The phone directory is utterly infuriating and you can't get through to a person and if by some miracle you get a call back the people there don't know anything. Was told to come in because they are open till 4:30pm. Went in and not a soul approached me for 10 minutes. Was told I could wait a half hour and then I asked if I could just make an appointment for half an hour from now and was told they can't make appointments. Also couldn't get an answer about the cost of any of the tests.

I've been going to this Quest office for years, and the nurse there is always professional, helpful, friendly, and has blood draws down to an art! 5-star performance by any measure.
