Family Dollar

My son just purchased a PlayStation gift card from the store at Chambers and Alameda in Aurora CO. They changed him a $2.00 service charge. I went back and informed the manager this is illegal in Colorado. She stated not her problem. This decision came from corporate. I will inform corporate but I thought customers would like to know that Family Dollar is ripping people off. I wish I could rate them lower than one star.

They have a weird dirty manager girl on a power trip trying to tell me to get out,and my only goal was to get tuna,they tried to tell me put my backpack down with my 2,000 dollar laptop in it that I use for work,and the dusty women/guy guy went to my face,it didn’t like the fact that I spoke up to her nasty attitude,I still got my tuna thanks to the nice guy in the front when she turned her back,but I’m on a mission now to put this nasty person in their place.

Every time I come in, the staff is so friendly and personable! I love this family dollar and will always come back!! You guys are awesome 😁

my customer service person Chelsea was extremely pleasant and made my experience to this store very good!!! way to go Chelsea!!!! There needs to be more customer service personall like you!

Everything, rings up higher than on the shelf tag! Sale stickers up for 2 ltr Dr. Pepper products 3 for $3.00 they rang up 2.50 each. Brought it to their attention she goes back to check shelves brings back all shelf tags and says the sale expired 11/5, today is 11/12 not consumers fault they don't maintain their shelf pricing and sale stickers! Would not honor sale on sticker.

I had called to ask about a certain item in store and the lady who answered the phone was rude and had an attitude from the jump , on top of that she didn’t even help me and hung up the phone on me. Then when I called back she hung up on me again. This was happening on Sunday October 26th around 10:15 am -10:20am

The store was a mess. But I'm not blaming the worker, because she is the only one working at this location. Not okay! She needs help, specially this time of year. I actually cleaned up one of the isles so I could get through. Poor girl. Some type of management needs to be fired for this location.

I went in there to buy some swimming stuff for my the kids. Then my 3 yr old needed to use the bathroom really bad so I ask one of the ladys there and she just said we don't have public restrooms and just keep walking being so rude. I think its stupid for the store not to have a restroom as busy as it gets there. I had been going there for a while and I had to go somewhere else for the same reason. This just reminds me that the management ain't doing a good job to keep there clients happy

I've never been so disgusted in my life. Stores in Mexico look better than this place. There was products all over the floor. Undergarments opened, food opened. Clothing was on the floor. It looked like someone went in and trashed the damn place. The floor itself looked so disgusting. Trash was all over this store. Either staff and managment need to be replaced with a new crew or this place needs to be shut down for good.

I came in at 11:16am on this morning and what this tells me is they let it sit out for however long and then slammed it in the freezer. I know they teach about the cold chain because all grocery stores do...I just wonder what the other pizzas look like and at this point..I don't trust they Frozen food.
