Family Dollar

The heavy set Mexican lady forced me to empty my small purse infront of my 5 year old because there detector went off as we walked out. She was disgusting with her comments, looked at my baby girl and laughed at how scared she was Because of how degrading she was treating us. . . JUST TO SEE THAT WE HADN'T STOLEN ANYTHING. she says oh Keys can set the detector off. I already called corporate and now I'm telling everyone. The heavy set Mexican manager is a monster and should NOT be around the public.

The employees are friendly and helpful. Store is well kept and organized. Like most other Family Dollar stores, prices exceed quality.

Good Family Dollar. Clean and usually stocked unlike many others. Lol. Great staff too.

Dollar store 😂! The prices on their products, are more than any brand name store product around and they base themselves at the neighborhoods where poverty prevails!!!!!!! 🤔

Cashier lady was rude. On a personal call about filing taxes so she can get the Colorado stimulus, when going in the store and rude attitude when attempting to check-out. A guy working in the store was completely disrespectful to an older customer who simply asked him if he would help him look for something he needed. The employee response to the gentleman was "I obviously work here I don't choose to wear this clothes otherwise". Unbelievably horrible customer service and dirty store. First and only time going here. Will definitely go out of my way to find a better store in the future.

I have been shopping at this store for almost 20yrs and I have never encountered a rude employee ever. They are always polite and helpful with smiles. Most of my trips are after my workday and it takes me entering this store to experience great customer service that I don't see at most places. Love the remodeling job by the way

This store is a joke. I get followed by some lady every time I go in here. I literally have to repeat multiple times that I need something behind the counter because the lady with the drawn on eye brows can't stop talking to who ever. This happens every time I go in. Horrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would.

Usually this store is pretty good. A bit dirty and customer service sucks, but tonight I went in. Got a few things and grabbed some lunch meat. Thankfully I looked at the expiration date..... it was for the beginning of June..... yes, 2 months over the date. And there was more in there with expired dates. I let the girl know up front..... some one could get sick.

Cleanest Family Dollar I’ve been too. Merchandise is neatly stacked on the shelves. This store’s condition use to be horrible, the customer service was the worst!!!! it has improved tremendously!!!! Leticia the store manager is so friendly, the BEST customer service I’ve gotten in a long time.
