Family Dollar

I had someone (i believe it to be the person that checked me out ) Fridays ago ,use my check card info to make two charges for $500 + each to my account after I had shopped there that day. I should have trusted my instinct thinking that it was kind of odd and unproffessional of the male employee to be on his phone (speaker phone) activating his credit card while he was scanning the items i was purchasing that day. Then I realized that very next day that my account was in the negative because of two $500 +purchases at Family Dollar posted back to back after I made my $60 purchase there that day! I would be willing to bet that he was activating a card that didnt even belong to him! I would appreciate if Family Dollar would give me back the money that was stolen from me at their store by the way of allowing 2 purchases for over $500 to be made on my check card ! Who spends $500 at Family Dollar and NOT TO MENTION TWICE IN ONE DAY BACK TO BACK!?!?

I have NEVER had any thing but a great experience at this store they just tend to run out of things but to me this just say's they have what people are after and at a good price. They just need to stock up more often that's all. Out side of this every thing is great. It's by far better than the 1 out by Rim Rock Walmart and I quit going into that 1 as some of the staff at that 1 can get to be rude. I learned that 1 a littler over 4 years ago and have not went back in since. I don't shop at $ tree very often but when I do I choose the Clifton 1. This review is actually for the Clifton "Dollar Tree"

Never open right on time in the mornings. Not the first time

Always a fun place to shop. Customer service is great!

The cashier Sarah was extremely rude accused me an my son of stealing because we didn't buy something from the store. Also claimed the beep noise did not go off. When I walked back through the doors it again didn't make a noise, however she again wanted to check my purse. Which might I remind u nothing was found because I am not a thief. I will not go back to that store. I did not even get an apology.

This place is just wrong I bought a set of Sony headphones walked out to my truck plugged them in my phone they don't work turned around walked back in the store and they said no we will not return them because of covid-19 here's the fact headphones are not essential items they are returnable had to fight like hell tothe name of Lady and the guy and the store manager and they couldn't even tell me the store's phone number that they were working at very unprofessional store needs a lot more training

They redid there store and its really nice. Put in freezers on the wall and added a lot of verity. Real nice store now!

Some ok deals on seasonal stuff. Store was somewhat messy. Prices higher than expected for a dollar store, several items could be purchased cheaper from Walmart.

It's a clean and friendly environment. I love to shop here

Had everything I went there for inside of a working mans budget. Thank you!
