Dollar Tree

Hours are incorrect. Sunday they are now open at 12 instead of 9 am. Waited since 1145 and during this time 17 customers checked the door and left to Five Below, two stores down or in general left. Signs on door are conflicting. Dollar general representative stared everytime through the window continuing to talk to her counterpart.

The cashier and the manager were both super friendly, and I was able to find everything I was looking for. However, the store was really messy.

Dollar Tree is always good to go to, but today this store seemed in disarray, quite disappointing to see the mess, things and items displaced, items on the floor and in the middle of each rows, and apparently no one seemed to care. I’m sure today is an isolated event due to Halloween being tomorrow, but wow, the places needed some care.

I think they are having trouble hiring employees. Hours of operation keep changing. Store is always a disaster and during non-peak hours, often hard to find someone to ring up the sale. If I had to guess, I would guess that their corporate model is not designed to support the fair market wages of this area. That's just a guess though.

If you would like some temporary Decour or birthday decorations would recommend coming in a little messy but does a very good job keeping everything stocked however you will end up in a line The holiday decorations here are worth stopping by for some cute temporary holiday spirit for cheap

I'm highly surprised in the organization at this store, for the longest time boxes blocked everything and the shelves were always empty. I went in Saturday recently and the store was clean and organized, hope they keep it up! Even the candy aisle, my favorite, was full. Yay!

This store seems to always be dirty and poorly managed. The floors look like they never get cleaned, the staff isn’t very friendly or professional, the inventory is low except for the greeting cards.

Need to fix hours on Google! They don't open until Noon. And have no hours open on Sunday.

This is the worst store in Colorado. The store is always dirty. 80% of the time the shelves are empty. If you by chance go in when they've stocked the shelves it's completely trashed. Fire hazards everywhere. The store is in disarray and now the store is hardly ever open, only 4 hours a day!!! 90% of the time I have to drive to Highlands ranch just to get what I need. New employees have no idea where anything is. They of course keep the dollar tree plus section stocked but nothing else.

I normally enjoy shopping at dollar tree but this location in Castlerock is the worst one I have seen in the worst run. I stopped in today and the doors were locked at 11:30 AM and that is the third time that’s happened to me in the last month. Corporate needs to get involved to find better leader ship and better workers or just closest store. !
