The pharmacy line was long but they are managing the best they can (two nearby pharmacies that I tried to go to were closed due to shortage of workers). Plan ahead and be patient. Even though the line was long the staff was working extra hard in this store to try to meet needs. Brent did an amazing job trying to fill prescriptions and give COVID-19 Pfizer shots. The pharmacy techs were also great. Yes they are out of things but they had what I came in for which is my favorite skincare line VANICREAM. I purchased the VANICREAM sunscreen.

I had some prescriptions to pickup and a couple wasn't going to be ready until tomorrow. Well I'm a truck driver and I explained that to Lisset that i was leaving tomorrow and she was able to get those other prescriptions filled instead of waiting for a delivery tomorrow. It's people like her that makes coming here so much better than one closer to my home which is off of 120th.
Hardly ever any employees. Very short staffed. Long lines. Have had multiple pick up orders delayed due to “staffing issues”.
Worst store eve and I’ve never written a statement like that before in my life. I am sick and had a perscription sent there yesterday 10/31/22. The pharmacy was closed because one pharmacist was on vacation and the other pharmist was going to work all the shifts and the store manager felt that would be acceptable. Except that the Pharmacist that was going to cover all the shifts callled in sick. Supposedly the store manager had been trying g all day to get a replacement blunt corporate didn’t have enough staff. Then I was told by the manager I could go to another walgreeens and get it filled but that was untrue as it is in “la-la land” (the other stores words) until someone at the original store enters them into the system. Today around 2pm I called to make sure they were open and they said my order was being worked on and should be ready In 30 minutes. I showed up at 5:30 pm and I was told it they were working on it (again) & would be another 40 minutes. All they wanted to do is complain how busy they were and they moved like snails. Despicably poor management and customer service in the store and the pharmacy. They should all be looking for jobs else where because they all appear extremely miserable. I gave one star because it won’t let me do a big fat ZERO
if i could give this pharmacy zero stars i would. the staff here act like they sell candy and not medication that peoples' lives depend on. every month, once a month, i go to pick up my meds and every month there is something wrong. they forgot to fill something; they just didn't fill something; they aren't getting stock of something, etc. to top it all off, when they tell you they don't have your meds, or there was a problem, the tone they take on is just ridiculously rude. as if you're inconveniencing them. i understand people make mistakes and when it comes to stock shortages there's nothing they can do, but if the staff at this pharmacy ever had even the tiniest ability to communicate problems professionally, then maybe i wouldn't be so upset. and i have a right to be upset. the medications i take have life-endangering side effects if i suddenly go off them. instead now i don't have meds i need, and i got to have yet another very unpleasant interaction with the pharmacy staff. don't go to this pharmacy. the staff is incompetent and have zero sensitivity training.
This place is the absolute worst. They never have anything, photos are slow, and when you order online for pickup they ignore it and never fill it (they had 9 online orders NONE were filled). These people are lazy, rude, and just terrible at running this spot. It used to be great (2 years ago), now, I’d rather drive a couple of extra miles for a better pharmacy/store. 0/5 stars.
The worst walgreens ever, they never have anything, the pharmacy is typically out of everything and closed, and they can't print your same day photos because they don't have supplies--but they don't bother telling you until you show up to pick them up. Definitely would never return to this location ever again, sadly it's the closest pharmacy to me!
I ordered over 200 photos about a month ago, for a wedding client of mine (I’m a professional photographer). I never received confirmation of the order being completed, when they were supposed to be printed the same day. I called about a week later and the representative that answered was extremely rude, said she didn’t know where my order was and she’d have to call back. To no surprise at all, I never got a call back and it’s been 3 weeks. Do NOT deal with their photo department, I’d highly suggest using an alternate 3rd party if you’re a photog, or even Walmart is better if you just need quick prints!!
Stopped in to get some medicine and mouthwash. Left without buying anything. This location will not unlock the bathroom for anyone because they have found needles and other “hazards” in the bathroom in the past from homeless people in the past so denying bathroom access to the people who are the problem but not to everyone “wouldn’t be fair”. Now i am clearly a paying customer and this is the only walgreens location in the entire country ive encountered this in, including downtown inner city locations. Including downtown denver. This is a major problem.
