Both young men greeted customers warmly, explained every step of the process, and even went above and beyond to provide other helpful tech information not related to the repair. While we were waiting for the glass to be put on our 3 phones, an older woman came in with a tech question, not related to any repair. The employee took his time to understand her issue and resolve it successfully on the spot. He never spoke down to her. All techs we observed during our 20 minute wait were professional and genuinely cared about resolving customer issues. It was so nice to see actual intelligent customer service at work!

These guys are awesome. Eliot and Eli are professional and extremely knowledgeable. They don't just fix a problem or provide a repair, they explain why the problem occured. I've brought my phone and tablet in a couple of times and they've fixed the problem. So much easier than sending a device in or troubleshooting over the phone with foreign tech support.

I brought my wife’s phone in with a camera issue. Parts came in a day early & repair was done before her trip to Disney. Eli was very understanding and made the repairs quicker than we thought was possible. Highly recommend!!!!

Brought in an 8th gen iPad with a significantly cracked screen. They were cordial and professional, offering same day replacement of the screen (total was $132.00 with tax). I have no issues with bringing future repair needs to this shop - would absolutely recommend.

Overall, I'd have to rate my experience as satisfactory, but not mind-blowing. The good: - My computer now has touche screen capabilities again. Yay! - replacement was significantly less expensive than purchasing a new laptop. The bad: - I had to follow up multiple times on repair status and never received calls after being told, "they'd get back to me." - When I'd picked up the laptop after being repaired, the bezel on the replacement screen appears to be chipped off in the upper right corner. Nothing was mentioned about this. - The screen casing (screen chassis) was bent during repair. It looks like a screwdriver or pry tool and I understand when repairing devices damage can occur. When I asked about this, I was told "It may have come in this way." -- I personally dropped off the laptop and this damage was not there before the repair.

Eli was very helpful even after small mishap. Made sure to make it up and made we feel like a valued customer. Other places probably wouldn't take time to make sure I was happy but he did. Very knowledgeable and friendly services would recommend.

Wonderful service. I kept my warranty materials from a while back and they honored my lifetime replacement protective shield for my i phone . The store in Loveland, CO was easy to find, speedy, and did a super job.

I had an M1 iPad repaired here and the experience wasn't good. They took a week to repair it since they had to order the charging port. However, when I told them to test the device, it failed to charge twice. The manager had to come in and show that the device could charge. One day later, I try to plug it into the dock and nothing. Seems that they repaired the charging port enough to take charge but not send data. While they haven't done terribly, I am disappointed in their service and will look to other competitors.
