We came in to look at speakers tonight and spent a good amount of time with Anthony. He was so helpful and knowledgeable as well as patient.. WE didn't make a decision tonight but he made sure he got us all the help and info we needed to make an educated decision before we purchase. Everyone needs dedicated employees like him

Went in to look at laptops and be able to see a wider variety of options. They had a great selection that showed us what features are available, and we had hands-on introductions to brands we weren't familiar with as well as were able to compare and decide what we wanted. The price range was kind of high for us but not unreasonable. Just as we were heading towards the door, we found a great deal that more than met our needs and was in line with prices we had seen at other stores , but with less features and non interactive displays. We were sp much more comfortable with our choice . It was

Great selection! It’s not often I go into Best Buy and can’t find what I’m looking for. The staff is also very helpful when you have questions.

1. I'd give my 1st response a "THREE!" and the reason for this rating was that it took about 30 minutes to have someone help me get info about a printer/scanner I was looking at and wanted to purchase. I needed to know more info about it to see if it was the right one for me...hey, am 72 yo...I NEED HELP with this!!! I was told someone would be with me shortly...but it didn't happen...I had to go back to the front AGAIN to ask for help with it. But I decided to give a rate of "FOUR" because... as I was finally checking out w/my new product at the cashier, I asked if someone could help me put it into my car. I believe it was one of head employees who helped me and was very kind to lift/carry it for me and placed it in my car's trunk. That was very nice of him to do this for me!!! I was very appreciative!!!

They did an excellent job installing a stereo and parts that I purchased there in my stock 2014 Expedition. Now the expedition it is up to date and my phone works great through it. These guys are the best, they also did a 75 MGB for me as well and did a super job about 4 years ago. And so this is the kicker they were $300 less than car toys.

We got educated by the crew member. The speeds and everything for a new laptop that I was getting from the wife. I felt comfortable with the sales person and their knowledge and I was happy to make a purchase and make sure I didn't forget to buy anything Software wise that my wife may need for work.

Eli was awesome a geeks squad. Definitely deserves a shout out. I have always had really good luck at the store. Great service and always knowledgeable. I have complaints about dealing with Best Buy online and hate when I have to. I always try to come to the store for everything I need and I’m really well taken care of!

I went in to buy an HP Omen desktop. The employees in the computer area did a good job of convincing me not to buy there. It seemed like 2 of the guys in the computer area were just so clueless I left and bought from a small local computer store which I highly recommend. I've been buying laptops from bestbuy for maybe 20 years I have 4 old laptops and I finally discovered a better place.

Went to Best Buy this evening in hopes of buying a new TV. When we walked towards the TV's there were 3 people at the desk as soon as started looking magically everyone was gone. Looked around for a good 20 minutes. Walked out with no TV since we got NO help. I can order online with the same level of customer service... and people wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing.

This is by far the best, Best Buy we have ever been to. Josh T. And Sean, retail supervisor, were hands down AMAZING!! they were super helpful with the laptop we bought and this was just an all out perfect experience. Hats off to you for the customer service you provided. It was above and beyond anything we've ever expected. 10 out of 10 we will come back here. And no this is not a paid review, or was it even asked of us to do. I just felt this needed to be addressed so Josh and Sean got the praise they deserve. Thank yall!
