Best Buy

Looks and Feels like all the other Best Buys. Clean, well organized, and easy to shop. I had this Best Buy come out and install a TV mount on the wall and also went in to buy a TV antenna. They were very friendly, professional, and most of all helpful. I use Best Buy for many important purchases and am happy to come to this location to do just that.

Always have had good customer service at this location. Went in to buy a TV and ps5- both in stock and had a very lovely man help us checkout quickly. Had to have the TV delivered- also was done quickly and they called when they knew we were the next stop. Would recommend to anyone

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Sebastian for his kindness, his helpful attitude and great personality. He is a total GEM! As long as we see him there, we will almost certainly be back. We didn't catch the manger's name, but he was also amazing. We came in on Saturday the 2nd around 6:00 and rec the greatest service! Thanks guys for restoring my faith in Best Buy.

Associates were very helpful. I was in and out with my new 55" flat screen TV. Very pleased with how quickly they had the TV waiting for me to pull up and loaded it into my vehicle. Fast service with great results. Highly recommend shopping at this location.

I was really disappointed at the selection of laptops. After browsing them for a good 10 minutes no one came by to ask if I needed help. After I shopped around I finally grabbed a laptop that fit my needs. Literally as soon as I grabbed it I got swarmed to buy a case a more a printer etc. When offered the accidental warranty the price was absolutely insane! Read the terms fully before buying the warranty. Just go to square trade and get. Better warrant at a better Price. Also don't get the preset up laptop. It takes 10 minutes to do and they charge $100

I was there for a cat audio install, and the young lady (I forgot her name) assisting me was fantastic! She replaced the deck in my cadillac. I'm very pleased

I look forward to the day that someone comes in with local competition to Best Buy. I do my best to go to Micro Center or Walmart for any big or important purchases. Their warranties are SCAMS, you can never find anyone for help, if you do find help they have no clue on how to help, and inventory online to what the store is wrong 9/10 times. Please drive the extra distance to Micro Center for any of your big/important purchases. Way better people, warranties, and inventory

Employee at the door asked if he could help me find anything and then acted really weird when I said I was there to look at their Blu-rays/DVDs. He told me where they were but proceeded to follow me and watch me throughout my entire time shopping. Is it really unbelievable that someone would be looking for movies at a place that sells movies? Very bad shopping experience and I will not be returning.
