Best recruiting agency I have worked with so far. After a few opportunities didn't pan out, there was finally one for which they got me an initial interview in a matter of days after I got laid off, and then within two weeks I was called back for the final interview. I then got an offer that was even better than anticipated. I am forever grateful to Whitman Associates!

From the very start, it was a great experience and the owner, Julie called me personally to assess our needs, not just a staffer. She provided several candidates with a range of qualifications for our interview for our position in the meetings dept at our association. The staff and management at Whitman take personal care and interest in their clients. I never felt like I was being handed gigs; rather, I was establishing long-term professional relationships. They take great care in the roles they present to me, take a genuine interest in how interviews go, and are actually concerned about how job placements are working. Moreover, while the longer term roles are in development, they offer plenty of short term work in the meantime. I cannot recommend Whitman enough, and look forward to working with them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Whitman Associates! As a small business owner, finding temporary staffers is quite difficult. But to find those that are competent, punctual, and responsible is neatly impossible. Yet that is what Whitman does with ease. We used another local staffing agency prior to Whitman, and had nothing but problems. By contrast, we have NEVER HAD a bad experience with Whitman. In fact, we just used then for a temp-to-hire. Could not be more pleased. And Julie, their fearless leader, is a quality-oriented and compassionate woman. Highest marks!

From the application process to the intake & interview process to the temporary assignments and job placement. Whitman & Associates made it very easy.
