It's always a great place to get a cold treat. Rather sorbet or frozen yogurt. All flavors are good. There is plenty of topping for all. The start of spring and a warm day. Great service, always providing a helping hand. The kids always love getting whatever they want to top their yogurt with.
TCBY is our go-to place for frozen yogurt. We love that you can get your own toppings and own portions. We've always had great experiences when we come. Some of our favorite flavors are white chocolate mousse, Oreo, caramel, and strawberry. They also have sampling cups so you know which one you would like. It can get a little pricey the more you add so make sure you're not adding too much! Although it is very easy to add too much because they have some great toppings. We went tonight when they were having a special and it was very busy yet we got there the line very quickly and found a table. Very friendly service every time we go. We don't go anywhere else!

I love going here with my Grandchildren. They are always welcomed even though they are excited and a little loud they are treated so kind. The staff is great! Keep it up!!!

It was clean, the employee was nice. The machines were difficult to use and took a long time to dispense the froyo, the toppings were plentiful and full. But.... you're asking for a tip for self serve? So help me with the value? I don't get it. 10 dollars for self serve? I can get that the grocery store. Ever been to Inta Juice? Just sayin'....
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the machines seemed to take longer than usual; when a machine is getting a lot of use, it works harder to keep up with the demand. As far as our tip options, you are certainly free to tip or not tip. I know it may not make sense upon first glance to tip at a self serve shop, but our staff works hard behind the scenes to keep our machines clean, sanitized and full. They also prepare plenty of fresh fruit throughout the day, and keep the toppings filled and looking appealing for our customers. They are diligent to keep our tables, floors and patio area clean and hope that TCBY offers an environment folks enjoy. So when you consider tipping at tcby, keep this in mind!
The customer service here puts everyone else to shame! I have never met employees so friendly and helpful anywhere before. The fro yo is obviously amazing, the location is great, and the store is really cozy and fun.

Their sorbets are delightful and the fruit toppings are always fresh, but the boba is in high demand lately and they were completely out when we got there at 4pm. Everything else was lovely though, especially their outdoor seating!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have tried to get boba from multiple sources. Unfortunately no one seems to have this item available. I order it every week from my distributer but it is just not available at this time. I expect in the next 2 weeks we will be able to offer boba again! Thank you again for your nice review.
The location isn’t bad, tucked away in Center Place with a few canopy’s set up for the warmer months. The shop is always clean and the staff is friendly, and about as helpful as you’d expect. They have some flavors on the far wall that dispense manually that you’re free to mix and match, or they have some more flavors behind the counter in the freezer. Try a sample of anything! The fixings are all at the end, and you pay based off of total weight, which is nice I think. Never so busy that fighting for space, except maybe a few weeknights in the summer months.

Love it here but walked up to the door 4 minutes before 9 and were told they were closing. It says 10 online. We made a quick selection and enjoyed outside, during this time 3 other customers walked up to a locked door.
With Covid restrictions in place, plan to spend at least $9-$10 per person. I understand that you get small containers with maybe a little more than what you would normally put on your bowl, but last week I ordered one flavor with caramel sauce, cheesecake bites, and caramel turtles. The price was almost $9! It normally costs me about $5 with 5-6 toppings. Normally it's weighed, but not with restrictions in place. As much as I love frozen yogurt, I can't spend that much again until we are able to weigh bowls again. I feel like customers are getting gouged because of the restrictions. Not happy about it. I will just buy desert elsewhere.
