Hospital Automotive gave me exceptional service today, and it's Friday the 13th! Anyway, I wanted the Full Service station because not only did I need a fill-up, but my tires needed to be checked for air pressure, as well as the spare. After filling the tires, I was told that if my front right tire was too low again on the next check, it would need to be handled. I was very thankful and relieved to have been given that head's-up! While checking my oil and filter, and washing the front and back windshields, the young man who helped me mentioned that it was his first day. Lucky Hospital Automotive! I'd no sooner pulled up than he was heading my direction. He was friendly and helpful and wore a big, genuine smile the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend this Service Station!

These guys have been amazing. They are up front and honest. I have been very impressed with the service. It's a family owned shop that makes sure you are a part of the family. We will be coming back here anytime we need work done on our car. They are great at communicating where they are at on your job. That makes all the difference!

I've been a customer here since shortly after we moved to Fort Collins in 2011. They staff here is fantastic - honest, affordable, and extremely helpful. They often will keep your car's defective parts so you can see what was wrong with them when you pick it up. I've found them to be much more affordable than other area repair facilities - and often able to solve problems others could not. They are also the only service station I know of in Colorado that offers full service - this can be a boon on really cold days. My only complaint is that you sometimes have to schedule service a week or more out - but that's also a testament to the quality of work they do!

Great experiences there. The staff will help you to determine what's needed fr your car in their opinion. They have advised against doing certain work at a time because it was not yet needed. Great work and very trustworthy!

These people are NOT just the best mechanics in town, but they are the VERY MOST HONEST and will ALWAYS do the best job for the LEAST amount of YOUR MONEY $$$$

My sister is 8 and a half months pregnant. She needed to use the bathroom and the workers turned her away because they didn’t want to clean the bathroom again. They were open for another 15 minutes. These employees were incredibly frustrating and it was quite disappointing.

Shell in fort Collins is typically the highest price, whether it's by I25 or in town. Sinclair is usually the first to lower price and last to increase it. Wal-Mart and Sinclair typically match each other.

Best gas for Harley. ProV 91. Although I wish they had ethanol free.
