I only used the car wash. I never would have if I'd known it was $20! First time through, I wasn't paying much attention because I was still in shock about the price, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO OPTIONS ON WHAT KIND OF WASH, and I neglected to put the car in neutral. It rolled me through in a minute and the only part of my car that even got wet was my back window. I went inside where the gentleman did give me a code for a free wash and instructions. Second time through the car got washed, but not well. I will NOT be back for any services at this location. I usually was my car at "DIY" washes, and can wash it 4 times for what this cost. Lesson learned.

Customer service is good. My complaint was handled immediately. However, the carwash is not worth $20 at all. After two washes (1 given for free by the lady upfront) my car was still not fully cleaned. Also this carwash used to have 3 options.. now you are forced to buy a $20 carwash which is honestly robbery. Won’t be returning for a wash here.

I have no issues with the store, but that car wash was awful for $20. My car barely looks better than before it was washed. What a ripoff!

They’re out of regular, but they don’t have any signs on the pumps. So you use your rewards, get zero gas, and then you’re out of luck.

No options on the car wash. You can have a $20 terrible car wash or nothing. Highest gas prices around. I drive past it every day and skip it for others when I need gas. Now I'll skip the car wash too. No idea why anyone goes here.

Terrible car wash. Long story. First, the sun was hitting the display screen in a way that didn't allow us to easily read the screen. I had to get out of the car and cover the display with my hands to read it. We paid $20 in cash to the machine and chose the $15 wash. No change came out, and we didn't get a receipt. The light told us to pull forward and put the car in neutral. This car wash pulls your car through for you. You have no control over stopping and going. We paid $20 and all we got was soap. Literally, there was no rinse cycle. There was no water, only soap. It just kept pushing the car through the blowers, blowing soap around, then pushed us out. So we park to have a better look, and there is soap all over the car and the front and back are not clean. In the picture you can clearly see the front is still dirty and under the car you can see pools of soap dripping out onto the ground. We go inside (obviously something is wrong with the car wash) we tell the cashier what happened and that we want a refund. The cashier wants the receipt, I understand, but we don't have it. She says her coworker can print the receipt from the machine and asks us to step aside while she waits for her partner to come back so she can help other people in line. The customer behind us is asking if the car wash is ok, and the cashier said "yes, its working". Well, that wasn't true, so we let the customer know not to use it. its not working. When the line is empty, the cashier starts telling us she needs the receipt to give us change. And how unusual it is that the car wash was only dispensing soap. And that she will check the security cameras. Her coworker comes back from checking the machine and says he can't print a receipt. He goes behind the counter to grab a fresh roll of receipt paper (so, the machine was empty?), and gives us a lecture about having a receipt next time. Cashier mentioned that she noticed our car was still dirty on the front, but that only handwashing will clean it. Nope. Check the photo and see for yourself. She never did check the security camera, even though she obviously thought we were lying. We FINALLY received our full $20 refund. I'm giving an extra star for the refund (you might not be so lucky). Otherwise this was a one star experience. DON'T get your car washes here.

Car wash, sucks! Playing and simple. Without a doubt, the old one was much better. It damaged my car. And they would not take up to responsibility. Have not and will not go back again. Rude employee to say the least.

I don't know about the gad and this gas station but the the owner of this place just told me after I paid him for a car wash and it did not clean my car well I asked if they could let me go again he said to me don't use my car wash because I have a big car and it was my fault for the car not being clean well . Horrible customer service here ...

I often go here for fuel. Today Zaki the fuel attendant on duty was busy cleaning the trash cans and cleaning the fueling areas. I said thank you to him and his team for always keeping the business looking so clean and nice. Awesome work team Shell.

The car wash is trash however the gas station is pretty decent. They have good coffee and are always pretty stocked on items. Convenient and normally have good prices as far as gas.
