My mom bought chocolate milk today from this location. Had one of the milks and noticed that they expired all the way back in November of 2022🤮. First problem at this store but selling chocolate milk that has been expired for almost a year is definitely a Walmart move.
Cash register 12 Caleb B .... They switched him to 14 dude never gave me back my change!! Nor did he care to catch my attention to hand it to me.... I was in a rush so ended up walking back before I noticed. This sucks!! Hope you enjoy your six pack on me buddy this is the last time I go to the cashier, next time it's self checkout all the way!! And he seemed like such a pretty straightforward person until the end....
King Soopers Stroh Ranch. This is a clean store with good selections on most grocery items. Organic produce options are limited, but the majority of produce items are fresh. Friendly employees. Parking lot is a pain to get in and out of.
I come to this location every now and again and every single time I do, the customer service is poor, they are out if tons of things(holiday or not), and they have long lines. What prompted me to write this particular review is the deli. I arrived at the store to grab a few things at 7am. I go to the deli which had three employees working at the time and they informed me very rudely, that they open at 8am. Not a huge deal, so I went in and did my shopping, drug my feet as long as I could and even picked up a couple of extra items. I came back at 7:40 just to wait until they open and two employees (Frank and ) raised their voices to say again, we don’t open until 8 very rudely. I informed them very politely that I was aware and just waiting near until they open as I’m done with my shopping. Then they began to talk amongst themselves about me stating that the world doesn’t work that way and I’m going to find out really quickly because they aren’t going to serve me until they open. I just continued to wait patiently and during this time two gentlemen at the meat counter assisted 5 customers with a smile and they don’t open until 9am. It baffles me how obvious it is when people hate their job. Customer service should be at the forefront of what they do. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for a long while. King Soopers need to do better with this location.
Workers here are so rude and disrespectful, always have an attitude and act like they are so great for running a grocery store. FYI you are not important. Humble your self and remember you have a mundane, dead end job. Don't give customers an attitude because your life is pathetic
I worked with two different deli counter people and they were both incredibly friendly and nice even though they were trying to clean up and end their shift. I found what they needed and even though check-out was full and moved very fast.
This store is close to my home, there are a few things I absolutely hate about this store, more than any other grocery store I've ever been to. We've also had some very kind people help us that work there which is why I'm not giving it a one star review. I'll start with the good, there's a wonderful lady who works in the meat department who's always so friendly and helpful and eager to chat and is just simply a beautiful human. My son and I always look forward to visiting with her when we get meat, which by the way is excellent. There's another employee there that has helped us find several things and has been VERY friendly. I wish I knew both of their names but I don't, suffice to say that they are very much appreciated. The bad: they are almost ALWAYS out of organic whole milk, which puzzles me infinitely because the shelves with skim milk and 2% are ALWAYS stocked full. My ex-wife used to work at a grocery store and they paid attention to that kind of stuff, if things are selling faster and other items aren't, they would adjust their inventory. I mean, doesn't it make sense to keep in stock what's always selling faster than what isn't? Anyway that's very strange. It might be a nitpick but it's a huge annoyance, especially since I'm a single dad and I try to get to the store once every 2 weeks so I started buying Royal Crest milk just so I can have milk at the house for my kids. The other main annoyance I have when I go there is there's always a woman managing in the self checkout area who stares at me and makes me feel like she's suspicious of me stealing or something. I don't know what she's thinking but it's incredibly rude. Today she even came over and rummaged through my items that I had scanned and a few of them fell on the floor. I always smile at her and say hi but she rarely responds, which I would be okay with but the way she watches me like a hawk is highly unprofessional and makes me very uncomfortable, and I hope somebody takes notice and makes a change.
Absolutely God awful does not make any fried foods anymore including fried chicken. Barely has any employees no customer service the worst king supers I've ever been to in my life absolutely despicable ; ) I tried to contact the manager there was no answer you will not receive any help in this entire store I would recommend going to Safeway.
Yet again, the pharmacy here has screwed up one of our prescriptions, despite a text yesterday saying it was ready and my waiting in line 2X this morning trying to get this resolved, which it still isn't. The pharmacy employee was courteous, but then I had to deal with a rude, impatient employee in the self-checkout area who has never been someone I enjoy seeing there. No doubt both he and the pharmacy employee are overworked, frustrated, and stretched very thin thanks to Kroger's business practices, but at least the pharmacy employee was friendly and tried to help with the mystery of the missing Rx. Bottom line: I despise this store. It's not gotten any better in the 6 months since I started coming to this location, and I won't be back here. I'd give zero stars if I could.
The only reason this is a 5 star review is because of Susan. She came to the rescue to help me get my balloons after marcelle went on break in the middle of helping me. Susan’s fantastic & super polite & she got me everything I needed.
