Nice store, convenient. I like the local small bakery.
Great selection of food and they have some great kids activity and toy items. No worries if you forgot to bring something. Surprisingly good prices for a resort town. I think this is also the only place in town that has cakes so if you have an occasion you are saved. I haven't tried the sandwich bar in the back but I always see someone lined up.
This review is long overdue! I love the Clear Lake Trading Post. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The beach buns are amazing and their Deep Bay Clothing brand is awesome!

$12 for one loaf of bread
I am so sorry - you must have mistaken us with another store. Our white bread is $4.99. We do offer gluten free bread, which is more expensive for $8.99. However the cost of the gluten free bread is more then regular bread. Apologize for any confusion.
I always get dirty looks every time I go in there, probably because I am a First Nations. Do not support this business as I always feel judged and uncomfortable. The girl behind the deli always looks at me and gives me a dirty look and she never asks if I need any help when I’m trying to order the beach bun. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
A great store with such a wide variety of items. Although we were there at the end of the season they still had what we needed.
