"They offer such a great selection of fresh produce and ethnic foods."
"Manager was yelling, arguing, and cussing at employees Saturday night."
"Staff Is friendly checkout is usually fast and good deals"
My husband and I shop here weekly for our groceries, and most usually everything is in stock. It’s a pretty busy store, and the employees we’ve interacted with are helpful. My biggest complaint is how long it can often take for us to finish our transactions at the self-checkout, because every 8 or so items the system stops and requires an employee to come over and bypass the system. This isn’t just one of the machines having issues—it’s every time we use self-checkout. I’m not sure if this is a consistent issue at all King Soopers, but it’s something we wrestle through here.
Generally like this store, the cleanliness, and the selection , but waited for 10 mins for someone to help us at the bakery. Each person we flagged down to help us had a case of the “not my job” and left us standing there.
I have watched this King Soopers continue to decline over the last 10 yrs, and I unfortunately sometimes still stop in this one. And everytime this store is lacking. In customer service, cleanliness, un-stocked items and looks like lower quality fresh products than other King Soopers that are only couple miles away. So mine humble opinion is don't bother with this store. Go to one of the other three Kings, or three Safeway located within a five mile radius of this one. I attached a couple photos of today's trip, 10:30-11:00am on a Monday and shelves were not stocked, had half the aisles full of stock and the majority of staff were standing around talking? Again I would bypass this one, I think by the way it is being managed that this maybe one of the stores they are closing.
Almaz I think is her name? She has the long black hair with beautiful braids! She helped me at the self checkout and was the most kind, caring, and helpful person and she absolutely made my day! She went above and beyond and I hope she knows how amazing she is.
Horrible customer service. Old lady standing at the customer service counter she is resist she has 100 years a go mentality. It so shame for King Sooper to have such kind of employee. I was trying to rent a vacuum and buy some stuff and she is look at me I am such weird to her. I ask corporate phone number she doesn’t want gave me. I asked supervisor still she called some one by the store phone and she keep laughing and supervisor never showed up👎🏿
If I could rate 0 I would. At this point it’s my fault for even returning back, but they never have anything stocked & it is a MESS. No one ever around to help, and the deli was closed at 6pm on a Monday. Infuriating.
Today is 8/25/2023, Friday. It looks like an explosion in this store. It was a mess and they were out of everything! Look like it's back to the old days here ...unstocked and a real mess!
I don't go here often but when I do I get donuts, and I can confirm the donuts are delicious. I don't mind this shop. It isn't bad. It's like any other shop, where they do the bare minimum and a bit more.
I used to enjoy shopping here. The prices have skyrocketed and service is mediocre. I just simply am tired of trying to find items I have been buying for years. Do you people really need to rearrange the item locations every couple of weeks?!?! Seriously. Stop. Trying to get around in the aisles is maddening when products are left on pallets in the middle of the aisles, then I need to evade a freestanding display shelf next to it. There always seem to be boxes and pallets of items just sitting on the floor with no one intending putting them away soon. Put it away right away or don’t drag it all out. The best was finding the stack of frozen pizzas just sitting there almost completely thawed out. No employees near it or acknowledging it. Yikes.
This is a nice grocery store with everything you would expect from a super market. I would really like it if you could get so the savings without needing a discount card.
