FOOD HAD WORMS IN IT and Firing a Security Gaurd for getting shop lifters arrested; by pulling off the covered license plate. Disgusting shame on you. Boycott this store unhygienic nasty place to shop.

Big place but everything is in order, I was able to find my whole supermarket list.

I dealt with the NICEST lady in the floral dept. I didn't catch her name but her service was OUTSTANDING! She was very patient with my indecisiveness while ordering flowers from another state. She created a bouquet that my sister loved! And, delivery was right on time! She made my order easy and fun! Thank you! (Ordered and delivered on Jan. 29, 2020.)

Did you really fire an employee for recording shoplifters?????? Do you wanna feel the target and budlight wrath????

Never support a corporation that doesn't understand basic concepts like taking care of their employees.

Friend purchased a gift card for me that had glue all over the bar code. King Soopers was not willing or able to exchange for a new working gift card

Found everything, but my Monster drinks in a 12 pack! Haha ..Resorted to the singles..

Store is fine. Needs more cashiers and double self check out. Expect a long wait to check out during peak periods. Otherwise recommend

My local king soopers and shop here regularly, although it may not have the nicest staff. It’s hard to rate a store this low with a few very nice and respectful employees, but on the other hand I’ve ran into many disrespectful and rude employees . Today I was getting a few items and while checking out I can overhear a older employee with grey hair say “Another one that should be ashamed of himself” to another employee working the self check out in regards to me, the only person in the self check out. Horrible customer service. Update: Not the second time but many more harassing comments and following around the store, horrible service.

I have been shopping at this store for 25 years, and I will no longer shop there even though it’s 5 minutes from my house. I don’t know what has happened there, but it’s dirty, feels like no one cares because things are missing/out of stock/miss placed, and only the people who have been there for years are friendly. Everyone else doesn’t seem to care or is more interested in engaging with their coworkers than the customer. Such a disappointment.
