Sabrina went out of her way to try to find a certain coffee cream and was kind, personable and very professional. Also, customer service helped us with another item. Thank you! The store is set up nicely and very inviting and clean.

This Safeway has been going downhill for years. I went in today for a few things. Do NOT look for any hand held baskets I was informed that they have all been stolen and will not be ordering any new ones anytime soon. Good luck juggling.

I love Safeway however this one on Gun Club Road is the worst. The people they have working on the deli are lazy and don’t want to help customers. Tammy and Samantha give great service when they are there. We were at the deli counter today and the young man that helped us did not seem to enthusiastic or interested in helping. He was not friendly or service oriented. He did not answer questions This is the only Safeway near me and I only wish this store functioned as good as the Safeway on S. Broadway and Mineral where the service is stellar and the shelves are fully stocked. It’s just a far drive. So disappointing, this could be a nice store.

Needing a restroom key in this neighborhood is very unusual (literally the only store for 40 miles I know of that does this) but seems in line with my past poor customer interactions with management at this Safeway. Employees are generally helpful and friendly.

Quick up date to the review below. Safeway did a response and told me to contact them I did and they never got back to me. Guess they really don't care. If you're going to buy T-Bones in the value pack don't.!!! They're not TBonz they are New York strip bone-in because they remove the filet off of it sell it to other people for $12 a pound and they hide the two behind the front one this is deceptive and deceiving and they're ripping us off shame on you Safeway!!!!

First off, all the employees at this Safeway are very professional and helpful and always greet you! However, Safeway is not my go-to store for the reasons below. This Safeway is generally well-stocked in the perishable sections (produce, meat, and fish, dairy), but there was practically a whole aisle that was empty in the middle of the store. And I wish Safeway just had more product variety. For example, they don't have healthier cookie options like a lot of other stores, which was disappointing. And their products just cost more, too, IMO. Also, Starbucks takes a long time as I waited about 5 minutes in line during a lull.

Where is anything is there is no directory? If it is missing, then why has it not been updated yet? Because the wine is obviously on aisle 6. Clearly the market was not ready for the state legislation to change.

I don’t really like this grocery store, but it’s the one near by my house. So, I’m forced to go here. Since, the 18 months of coming here. I’ve had countless of bad food, spoiled or just tasted awful. Hard and moldy bread within two days of purchasing it. Same with all fresh produce, fruits and vegetables. Everything goes bad usually the very next day. Store manager very rude, told me not to come here anymore. We don’t want your business. Don’t come back here. Deep down thinking, I wish I never came here and wish I had another option but we don’t. If you can drive an extra 5mins to the kings Sooners I’d do it. Don’t support this place. Plus everything is over priced anyways. Kings is ten times better and way more affordable.
